i was trying to take advantage of the muscle sparing of the 95mg T equivalency as well as the t3 enhancing effects - so i went pretty low. low for me anyway. 1500 for a couple weeks. i stopped taking it after two weeks so i still have two weeks worth left.
maybe my natural levels are better than the levels brought on by androlean?
either way, maybe it helps some people, but it didn't help me.
to clarify, i went lower on calories because eric suggested that even in ( read : especially in) a low calorie state the androlean would make your body still shift weight loss most toward fatloss, instead of muscle. i believe in several threads he mentioned it was where '' androlean shines''.
after i got off the androlean, i went higher in calories and did a little more cardio. then voila, the fat started coming off again.
i feel the suppression lowered my fat loss below my normal rate, as opposed to elevating it. or possibly the androlean DID NOT mitigate hormonal lowering due to the calorie reduction.
either way it wasnt worth the 70$ i paid shipping included.
