Stayed home with the wife since her back is acting up bad today.
 
Ok so wife has a hierniated disk at the least. We will be seeing a specialist soon to get more info and tests. I do keep all workouts in my book along with a written log of stuff I take. That is why I can do mutliple days posted at once. Just want to let you guys know, so you know I am doing my part to log this right.

I know what its like my man. My wife was involved in a bad car accident while 7 months pregnant with my son. Has a couple messed up disc that will never heal and only degenerates and pretty much no options for treatment for her.

It was rough on the family for a while man.. My thoughts are with you guys!

Ok so today is the last day of logging Wyked+DA-HCG, bit not the last time I will be using it as I have ordered 2 more of each. So much win in this.

Pump-10/10 for some reason legs are real full

3 mile jog on treadmill in sauna suit
45 mins stair-master in sauna suit.

Man for some reason people look at you weird when you release a bucket of sweat in the trash by opening the wrist cuff of a sauna suit. :)
 
Final thoughts:

Mixabilty-10/10 smooth and non gritty even if you add the DA-HCG in

Energy-9/10 I cycle my stims so this was great for me stim wise, no idea how it would be if I took stims all the time.

Focus-9/10 some days I was on some not, this helped no matter what

strength-10/10 I improved either in sets or weight even on a cut/recomp

pump-10/10 Awesome

I will be making this I cycled staple for pre-workouts as for the DA-HCG I will take it a few more times and see.
