AI's Super Swole Stack...GoHard's Quest for Strength Absolute

Your going to get peeled on that stack and diet of course

are you doing any cardio? yes walking on the beach included. are you going to the beach(es) alot ? perfect weather for it

you can still gain muscle and strength while losing fat as you may know, its just much less than you would if your just a tad under maintenance, maintenance, or over maintenance.

Well John, I took off my shirt the other day and I was surprised on what I say. I was looking a lot leaner then I expected and I havent even started the stack.

Im doing cardio at least 2-3x a week. Im going to bump that up to 5-6x a week. Cardio is on the elliptical machine for 30-60 minutes. Going for safe calorie burned and will focus on athleticism once Imc closer to my ideal weight.

I really do see myself losing fat...but my scale weight is still between 188-192 and Im significantly more developed. I attribute this to my routine and diet. My routine is allowing for maximal strength(Heavy weeks) WHILE incorporating a BB style hypertrophy routine(light weeks) which will develop the muscle. I will continue this for the rest of my cut and then go back to strict powerlifting with martial arts.

ON A SIDE NOTE:

Anyone try S.A.N. Fierce stacked with CM2 Nitrate? Thinking about adding these if I have the cash to my stack. I need something light on stims since Powerfull, Adipoxil, and TT-33 will also be used pre-workout. Switch off between maniac and something else. Or maybe just add CM2/Creatine Nitrate to Maniac(yeah i love me some maniac!)

Update:

I would like to give a SPECIAL Thank You to my Sponsors AI Sports Nutrition. The above gains could not have been made at the rate at which they were made without your support and sponsorship. With proper diet, proper training, and on point supplementation a natural athlete such as myself can continue to improve at a phenomenal rate and reach goals others say to be impossible.

My quest for strength absolute continues...in my next log!!

PowerFULL doesn't have any stimulants in it as far as i know does it?
Just Mucana and SuperSapponins right? That last suggestion sounds pretty good.

Yeah your workout is great for both strength and size. On top of that your insulin sensitivity is probably better now in your skeletal muscle allowing for more nutrient uptake by the muscle with the same or lower amounts of carb consumption.
I found two things during my time on IF so far.
1) My carb tolerance has increased due to better insulin sensitivity in the muscle. More is getting into the muscle and less being stored as fat makes a huge difference.
2) Due to that increased sensitivity less carbs fill me up more but also I can eat between 50-100 more grams of carbs a day without negative affects normally associated with that increase. I was easily as full after a few days of eating this way as I was after some major carb loads, just not spilled over. Which means my body got much more efficient at using the carbohydrates, instead of just storing them as fat.

Powerfull has no stims but adipxil does. So I dont want to stay two strong stims pre-workout.

And the observations on Lean Gains when it comes to increase nutrient utilization are very apparent. And I agree with your two points on the increase in insulin sensitivity.

More on this later!

Todays workout was cardio centered:

64 minutes on the elliptical

Deload
Squat:
135x10
135x10
135x10
135x10

Bench:
135x5
135x5
135x10
135x5

Deadlift:
135x10
135x10
135x10

5 minutes of walking.

Little heavy bag work along with hand eye work just b/c I felt like hitting something.

Neck work.

Stretched for about 5 minutes.

Called it a day.

So...went out to a buddy's place to hang out with some old friends from high school. Round 2 am one of them asks me if I want to go liftin at this 24hr gym close by. What do you think i said?

Lol we get there round 2:20 or so and we do chest. Now mind you this was a really light and easy workout for me since I was just lifting for fun...but apparently it was one of the hardest most intense lifts of his life. This made me swell with pride. Mind you my friend workouts out and has done supposedly intense routines in the past. But he said what I made up on the spot was on another level.

Workout went something like this:
Bench...only went to 225 and did that for 2 sets of 10 then another set working 5 half reps at the bottom to 5 half reps at the top then 2 or 3 full reps(just playing with it lol)

Bench Machine went up to 3 plates...felt real light
Incline Machine 2 plates

Superset Drop Set(go through each exercise like a superset, then without resting go back around at reduced weight):

Bench Machine/Incline machine/Decline Bench Press/Pushups on Dumbells

We only did the above for one full circuit. i would have liked to do it 3x if we were working out seriously

Triple drop sets on 3 exercises back to back to back
Seated machine fly
This cool new fly machine that was like a press and a fly all in one movement
Standing cable flies

After that I felt a nice little pump but nothing intense. I though it was a nice fun workout over some good discussions over God, girls, and life.

Nice, sounds like a fun workout too.

nice cardio with the Deload Andres. i find when I am not lifting I have to at least do light work , like a deload,, or cardio or I feel like my body just isn't working right. I feel so sorry for my Grandma and old people that cant do physically activity.

got anything fun planned for the summer ? as vacationers are now in full effect

Yeah. Gonna get more active with my church. Take summer classes(already in the proces of that). Get ripped. And if all go well maybe visit my boy in nashville if finances allow. And study for the MCAT I will probably take sometime next year.
