Something to keep strength during a mild cut?

I'll be starting a mild cut in the next couple weeks.

Diet will be at 2900cals (400 below maint.)

Cardio will be increased to 5 days @ 45min ED.

Supplementing:Protein, BCAA's (recoverpro), Shift, Alpha-T2, Erase, OEP, Creatine, multi.

Goals: To lose 2-3% in BF. No strength/lbm loss.

Ideally, I'l like to add something to help retain my strength/LBM. I was thinking of a natural growth hormone like HGHup or HGHPRO, or maybe just some LCLT for better recovery. Something for sleep (restfull recovery, not to fall asleep) should be beneficial as well.

Suggestions? No need?

I've heard mixed results on natural growth hormone supps and I've never personally tried any.

I understand that my diet will play the biggest role in not only decreasing my bf% but maintaining strength as well.

Beta-Alanine would be my choice at attempting to keep or even increase strength.

SNS offers a pretty good deal on Beta-Alanine caps.

240 caps for $24.99
80 servings at 2,250mg per serving

I wouldn't necessarily add anything to preserve muscle mass or strength other than what you have at the moment.

BCAAs or supplemental amino acids are my first port of call and if you aren't planning on losing 1% of fat per week you should be good to go.

I know many people who go on extreme dietary restrictions for a week or so as a period of lower calories (life extension properties) as well as detox purposes and most report no muscle loss but they take in a very high amount of supplemental amino acids.

In my opinion, you should be fine. Good luck! :)

BCAAs, Forskolin, X-factor, Glycergrow, Carnitine

A certain caffeine + other ingredient stack is also anticatabolic ;)

This setup would be damn extremely effective...grab Purple Wraath and you pick up BA as well as your BCAA/EAA

Edit: Obviously this stack is on top of your normal stack of multi, creatine, etc. Stop taking Omega 3's and other anti-inflammatories tho when you run this

Another option could be DAA + Inhibit-E, I've used Inhinit-E in a cut before and it works great for maintaining strength.

BCAA's are the most beneficial and effective product for anti-catabolism while dieting, IMO. I also think DAA would be a nice addition.

BCAA's Like BC+EAA or other sup i like: IGF1LR3

Protein, Modern BCAA, and enough sleep

Modern BCAA would not be what you would want to take on a cut...it'd be detrimental

That is an 8:1:1 ratio...you will deplete your isoleucine and valine reserves

Stick to a 2:1:1 or a 4:1:1 imo on a cut

Higher than that is alright on a bulk (and arguably more beneficial on a bulk than a 2:1:1 or 4:1:1), but not for a cut

You are using a lot of supplements right now. For a cut I think you pretty much have all bases covered. The OEP and Alpha should keep energy up, and the erase should help maintain strength. Only thing you may wanna add is DAA. Its cheap and effective. there's so many good products out there we could suggest but it would just be overkill. YOu have a great stack working for you dont sweat the small stuff, not put your time and energy into diet and training

If you are considering DAA I highly recommend taking a look at SNS' DAA pricing.

If you are looking for sleep help... 2 suggestions:

either

HGHPro

or

REDuction PM (pills over shots).

both of these gave me GREAT SLEEP. I am on a bulk/recomp with swole stack+ HGHPRo(great sleep) and after this I am going to do a mild cut to get ready for the keys and will be taking REDuction PM. I took REDuction PM before... good stuff for solid sleep.

I would def add some DAA and LCLT, Adamantium had amazing feedback it's at a very good price and you get a full serving of DAA and LCLT + also has NAT so it works great for pre-workout.
