My name is Claude Bouyer im a pro powerlifter im going to be testing a product by finaflex called cell shock I will rate this product in different categories and post pics and vids of my progress offical log starts monday.
Here are my stats and goals I set for my 4week transformation using Finaflex.

Today took Finaflex N.O Ignite and had a hardcore back workout.
Warm up 3 sets of 10 on pull ups
Cable Rows: 150x10,180x10,250x10
Bent Over Rows: 135x12,185x10,225x5,315x6,365x4,315x8
Lat Pulldowns: 150x15,150x10,160x10
After workout took Finaflex CellShock it taste great easy on the stomach.

Dips: 4 sets of 10
This was the end of my workout I didn't do alot of volume today because I went so heavy on bench new vid will be up soon.
After workout took Cellshock this was my 2nd time taking it and the taste is great it taste good whether you mix it with water or juice. So in taste I rate it a 10.

Wow, this guy is 40 pounds lighter then me and twice my size haha. Very good log, I'm going to keep an eye out for the results.

Today I took a dose of Cellshock for pre workout and oh man it put me in beastmode!!!!
Flat Bench: 45x15,135x10,225x6,315x3,385x1,420x1,450x1, then dropset 225x26
This was the end of the workout today was a good day Cellshock is really increasing my strength and endurance big time...stay tuned for videos and 2morrows leg workout
@breeze hey bud sry I wasn't calling you a beginner lol I was just saying in case some guys reading my log who are just starting out are wondering how I can do what I do only doing the bare minimum of work Lol. But yea you can try it and see how it works for you and if you want I can help you customize a workout. Also try Finaflex products with your program they help alot...
Oh no bro, your coolNo offense taken. I was just saying that to see if you had anything else that would better suit me. But yeah, I like your set up allows more emphasis on the main compound movements which, happen to be some of my favorite lifts. So needless to say I am excited to give your idea a try. I'll probably be PMing you in the next few weeks for some assistance in the setup. As far as Finaflex, Im coming off a failed 14 day Epi cycle in which I had neither any good nor bad effects so Im really trying to stay natty for a few weeks to see if I can clean up my diet mostly, but also allow all the supps to purge my system. But I will keep Finaflex in mind.
Breeze... I just wanted to tell you that 14 days is not long enough on EPI-V to really see any great results! Also, you appear very, very lean to begin with, if you were trying to add size, you should have went for the 1-ANDRO. Just curious, how many caps were you taking for those 14 days, I usually recommend 4 caps/day for 6wks!
My bad Scotty, I think I mislead you. My failed cycle was of CEL's Estane, not the Finaflex Epi-V. Also, if your gauging me from my avatar pic, thats a few years old and I am currently not nearly as lean. But that's mainly b/c Im only about 3 months post-op from hernia surgery. And as for only 14 days on epi, I kinda got a little spooked when I came across a thread that said some things I really didnt want to deal with in PCT, so I cut my losses and did a quick and simple PCT. Besides, IDK if any or all of my supps were expired or what, but I swear I never felt a thing, good or bad from anything I took on or off cycle this time. That's the main reason Im gonna try to go natty for a while.
But thanks for the concern. And I have been frequenting this thread a lot lately waiting for any more of The Phenom's training tips. He seems to be runing a pretty good shop over there.

OMG. Cellshock is really amazing today was my tricep and shoulder day but instead of going to the gym I wanted to do something different so here it is
Push Ups: 1x110 burnout set
Shrugs: ford escort with no engine don't know how much it weighed but did 5 sets of 5
This was a very unsual workout but very fun...in the strength department I rate cellshock a 9.0
