FL3X wants to be AndroMassive

I got a little sick over the weekend and won't be weighing in again til Friday cuz I'm afraid to look at the scale, but I saw a crazy strength increase in squats Friday and I killed it on biceps/triceps yesterday and don't feeel sore at all. Today is shoulders and core and I will be force feeding myself as many calorries as possible til Friday!

Oh and also, I was a little worried about libido loss due to the dbol, but I've been alright so far, mmy girlfriend stays happy and I want to hump every girl that walks by, age 18 to 80 lol.

Lmao basically. I guess the point of that statement is I don't feel suppressed in the slightest way. I think instead of posting observations during pct I'm going to just make a new thread called "FL3X's Quest for Tons of Sex"
 
Shoulder workout went good, had quick recovery times between sets and delts were looking vascular which is something I normally don't see on cycle. I did 2 extra sets on shoulder press and rear delt raises and burned out the last sets. Felt like I could have done more workouts but I was too hungry.

Also, I'm trying something new this cycle. I'm using fast explosive reps for my main heavy compound exercises and going slower on everything else. I read an article about it possibly building muscle faster, so I'm gonna give it a try. Johnnie Jackson does it with everything and that guy has a crazy physique!
 
I can't remember if I've mentioned this already, but I am thinking the liqua-vade technology in the AM caps is responsible for my sleepiness when taking Need 2 Sleep. I had to stop taking it, even at half dose, before bed because I would seriously feel tired all the next day.

Also, I came into this cycle with mild tennis elbow, and it has since gotten worse, so I've upped the glucosamine and fish oil. Anything else I can take to help this?

Have you tried cissus or celadrin?
 
glucosamine takes around 6 months to really build up and do noticeable things.. Cissus is supposed to do some more rapid joint fixing.

on another note you could try Ostarine, it's said to fix joints effectively, but that's from the logs. No real science for it yet
 
Chest today. I should have done legs since shoulders were yesterday but someone had the squat rack for drag curls and I got pissed and started throwin up some dumbells to take the edge off and just stuck with it. Hard to tell if db flat bench went up at all since my delts were a little tender, but I got a nice pump! Back went great too, saw some vascularity in my lats, also uncommon.
I avoided the scale like fire too! I'm not touchin that damn thing til Friday!

Also, I ordered some cissus to help out with the elbow.

I don't know the science behind osta either but I had a nagging shoulder soreness that went away during my osta cycle and has not returned. :knocks on wood:

Not feeling bloated, just my lower body is feeling a little sore, like an old man. Everything else is good to go. Hopefully back up to/past 214.
 
Yea I've seen some run it that high. I had a rotator tear n was running 10g fish oil with ntbms joint recovery stack n local igf1-lr3 injections for a few months n it felt a ton better
I imagine the igf is what really helped...

^^^Indeed, I had developed the arthritis seen from someone in their late 60's when I was in my mid-twenties. 20 grams helps in that it doesn't hurt as much when I creak and pop, other than that though it really just takes the edge off the pain.
 
Weighed in at 212. Down 2 from last week, but I expected some water retention. I'm thinking the andromass is starting to contribute to my gains.

I've got garden hoses running down my arms 24/7 right now, lovin it.

How's your cycle coming? Did you say you were taking hCG?

Cycle is going good, I am going into my second week of the solo AndroMass portion of it. Also, yes I am currently running hcg, 250iu E4D Weeks 3-8. Honestly, hCG injections are incredibly simple (subQ) and really shouldn't be intimidating to anyone looking at a longer cycle.
 
I opted against it this cycle. I know I should use it for a longer cycle like this but I waited around and now it's probably too late, takes me a month to get stuff. I will have an intense PCT though.

Your cycle isn't as long as HTS'. You should be fine.
 
Skipped the scale again, I kinda like weighing in once a week now, it builds suspense. I'm definitely seeing an increase in appetite now. Last night I ate a 700 cal meal with around 80g of carbs, then an hour later I was hungry and scarfed down a 420 cal meal, woke up at 3 am STARVING so I made a casein shake and went back to bed.
My veins are not only staying pumped all day but are looking much thicker when I lift. I spent an hour on just chest Sunday and felt very aggressive. Did biceps/triceps today, increased strength a little and the pump was huge compared to two weeks ago.
Muscles looking fuller.
Alpha male feeling is there, and I've been very confrontational lately. I even got into it with a bouncer over the weekend cuz he cut my girlfriend off and was smirking while he was explaining to me why he did it. I wasn't drinking, just out with friends. I guess you could say I'm kinda short fused lately. You guys know the feeling I'm talkin about. You don't notice it til someone points it out.

My shoulders had an awesome pumped feeling after just one warmup set today, felt awesome. Didn't really notice any strength gains today but I had a pretty good workout.

Any ideas on how I could get some extra calories throughout the day besides a handful of almonds here and there? I usually stay pretty busy at work and get a break every 3 hours in my 12 hour shift, and might have 5-10 minutes here and there between those break.
