Id like to first off thank BARBELLBEAST and NeedToBuildMuscle for the opportunity to log FORGED BURNER!! I had just finished up another fat burning log Tuesday so I took a few day break. I will now start first thing in the morning and the last weight was 211/212 and around 10.4 % bf so I would say i am still around there. The pix that I will post for start are the same from the conclusion of the last log. I will post pix at 2 weeks in and at the end which would be for weeks. 60 ct. bottle I will do 2 pills a day 1 upon waking and the 2nd early afternoon after lunch.

Since I am pretty lean to start with Im not going to change much about my workout or diet since things are working for me .

Diet will be as follows
First meal
1/2 cut oats
1 dymatize multi
1 FORGED BURNER

Second will be some type of fruit
2 Scoops Dymatize whey

Third will be a lunch
Staple meat (chicken steak fish turkey ) 8oz
6-8 oz carbs
1/2 cup veggies
1 glucosamine
1 flax
1 supper cissus ( bad joints)

About an hour after lunch will be the Second forged burner

Pre workout meal will be
Same as lunch but 6 ox meat
8 oz carbs no veggies

Pre workout will be determined a few days in Im thinking I wont need any If I do It will be Jacked.

Post workout will either be 1 scoop ON Plat. Hydro Whey alternated with Green apple torrent.

Dinner will be same as lunch

Bed time shake will be ON Casien 1 scoop and 1 scoop dymatize whey
1 dymatize multi 3 zma

Workout will be posted as I go and cardio will be a must daily for a min 30 min.

Why no veggies in the PM, just carbs? That seems counter-intuitive to me.

What are you using to estimate bf%?

Some days I do but its like a spoonful or two. By the end of the day im just over the veggies. Most days I guess I do have a salad with my dinner I just forgot to add it.
Bf% is done with a caliper by a trainer.
 
Day 1- am pill kicked in in a bout 20 min. lasted quit a while. 2nd pill was a hour before back workout. Had a great lift no preworkout therom kicked in was able to sleep no complaints right off the bat.

Day 2 Off /EASTER

Day 3 Chest and tris today 30 min of cardio wanted to do an hour but had grown up stuff to do :( Pretty intense workout still have an appetite
 
Day 4 Leg day so I did not even fell like going to the gym today just one of those days. Took my afternoon Forged and when I got to the gym I had a great lift no cardio hit legs way to hard for that!
 
In for this! I'm interested to see how you like this vs. the Melt Extreme you just finished. Back to back burner logs...bound to get lean!
 
Day 7 Back/Bis One week in feeling good no complaints easy on the stomach you feel the energy but I really dont feel any jitters. Still have appetite and am able to sleep so far so good.

Day 8/9 Off gym days and no cardio working over the weekend.

Day 10 (Monday )will be off gym day with am cardio

Day 12 Legs kept it light had a bad workout :( we all know they happen

Day 13 Shoulders, stairs, abs, forearms, Im making up for yesterday
 
Bad workouts do happen, just keep plugging along and consistency will win the war!
 
Day 14 ARMS and cardio 2 weeks into it im getting great result I will get pix up in the next day or 2. I can really start to notice a suppression at this point and the funny thing is that my lifts for the most part are still strong I dont feel depleted at all or week!
 
2 weeks in I can see alot of progress but can use a tan. Im down a pound or two and cant wait to see the next 2 weeks of progress.

Day 24 chest cardio abs

Woke up this morning feeling and looking lean cant wait to take pix at the end of the week this stuff has not let me miss a beat at all !
 
Day 27 OFF
Day 28 Shoulders cardio
Day 29 will be back and cardio
Day 30 will be last day and off day

I will be working like crazy this weekend in the next 2 days I will get the pix and a summary up
