Those are contrary goals and nothing is done fast, with or without supplements.

Supplements

You're 17. At your age you don't need any supplements but the Invalid Link Removed (creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein, and BCAAs) for either fat loss or gaining muscle mass. I don't recommend using anything else but these basic staples until you are older and have built up a solid training base - NUTRITION AND TRAINING are what are going to get you results!

Goals

Bulking and cutting are at OPPOSITE ends of the diet spectrum, so I recommend picking one or the other and doing that before turning your attention to the other - starting off with probably gaining muscle mass, since you're not a lot bigger than me.

Gaining Muscle Mass

If you want gains, Invalid Link Removed and no supplement is going to help you gain muscle if you're not eating for it, period! NUTRITION and TRAINING are the two factors that you need to focus on. FOOD, FOOD, and MORE FOOD is going to be IMPORTANT - if you want muscle gains, you needs to EAT for it!

Next to nutrition for mass is training. You have to be training correctly for mass - check out the article Invalid Link Removed for an idea of how to train correctly for mass. And although Invalid Link Removed is in the fat loss section, the same exercises that are best for fat loss are also the best for gaining muscle! You also need to get adequate recovery, since it's in your RECOVERY that you GROW (if you are eating enough).

Fat Loss

Nutrition is just as important for fat loss as it is for making gains, and is going to be the primary determining factor in your success (or lack of it). Training is a secondary factor and it doesn't really matter what you do, as long as it's intense and you're still lifting as heavy as you can, challenging yourself.

Review Invalid Link Removed for comprehensive advice and information on nutrition, supplementation (only the basic staples required), and training for effective and successful fat loss.

Get Yourself a Trainer

I recommend having a training programme (AND nutrition plan - can't forget your nutrition, since that's what is going to make or break your success with either gaining muscle mass or fat loss!) written specifically for YOU for your goals and needs - at your age and if you're just starting out, having the correct, professional guidance and instruction from the beginning is the best way to go, IMO. If you can't afford a professional trainer, then take some time out to research and look around, because there is a TON of information on both gaining mass and fat loss!

Its more advice than you could possibly give so i will thanks.

And thanx for your time and effort Rosie.

No worries, bud :) Just remember that supplements are not going to get you to your goals any faster, especially when you're young or are just starting out. Make the most of what you can re "newbie gains" if you are new to training, or training correctly, and make sure your nutrition is on target for your goals. All the best in whatever you decide to do.

Will as fast as possible, i work hard at gym just looking to bulk up more with the help of a supplement.

If your stats are right (147lbs at 6') then the main supplement you need is food. A six foot tall woman at that weight is skinny, and no supplement is going to help you without eating right and more.

If you paid any attention, my comment was not in disagreement with Rosie's or vice-versa. She was more thorough and I was amused that someone would spend the time to register and post at a forum like this without doing any research at all first, so I was a little bit sarcastic. Seriously though, eat some sweet potatoes.

steakadrol is off the chain. take about 2 sweet potatoes 2x a day as your PCT and u should be good to go.

6 foot and 147.... eek! dont turn sideways or you'll disappear.

Rosies post is on point = do that - she knows her shiz!
