add more to your PCT. Unleashed/Post cycle, HCGenerate, Phytoserms, etc. something good. it will be much easier holding your gains and fatloss.
what about this? I could add in katandrol/furuza-bol at 250mgs for 4 weeks ending at the same time as hdrol then still enter the 11-oxo bridge at a gram per day. Just an idea, I could also get some more bulk 11-oxo and run that throughout.

Yep, cardio is the key. Nobody likes to do it, but it just comes down to how bad you want it. I do cardio 9x a week actually. Once on all my workout days, and then twice on my two non weight training days. The extra session on my non weights days basically allows me still have burned the same amount of cals for the day, and thus I do not need to adjust my cals to compensate for the hour and a half I didn't spend lifting weights on those off days.
re reading this great thread by unreal. I was hoping he would give a suggested dosage on T3 for running a recomp while ON, like a dosage to not go above if you still intend on being able to put on size. But he didn't![]()

Was basically targeting 75mcg in my head even before I read that though, lol.
Ya, you really gotta judge it for yourself. I find 50mcg is good for me. At 75mcg I was losing some strength and achieving no pump in the gym. Everyone's different. But most definitely don't go over 75mcg on a recomp. So just follow like Unreal said and taper up to 75mcg and if it's too much drop back down to 50mcg buddy. :bigok:

You said nonmethyls are better for 8 week cycles2. You said taking a bulking PH is better for recomp because it should promise more mass gains with all the cardio your doing. (So would running Pmag be a better choice than HDrol?)3. You talked about adding Clen to really rip that fat off, how important will this be if I'm running any of the other combos listed?
