look is working out easy? is getting on a treadmill easy? No, but you do it because you are looking for results. Same with food.
 
Adding cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice mix helps a lot. so does making it with milk rather than water
 
Tru i have just eating it with milk bro alot better but hate it lool ohweellll i have to do it :)

I dint realy want to gain anymore want to lean out so probs lowing down

If you still are disliking oats, you may want to give quinoa a try. It cooks like rice so you'd have to prepare more in advance, but it has lots of benefits
 
Ohh ok thanks guys , im starting to get on with eating oats lol so i eat 80g in the mornin and 80g before workout after workout il have 200g of chicken with 40g of rice brown rice :) im going to see how i get on il be back in a week to let you guys know ... Thanks alot
