Ryansm's PES AnaBeta-01 Log

Here is a sample of my diet

Meal 1
12 whole eggs (with peppers, mushrooms)
24 oz of mootopia skim milk
1 whole grain bagel
1/4 cup low fat cheese

Meal 2
2 chicken breasts
5 grams fish oil
2 scoops Trutein
1 cup green beans

Meal 3
1 whole grain bagel
2 cans tuna
2 scoops whey
5 grams fish oil

Meal 4
60 grams protein (whey iso) 60 grams carbs (oats)

Meal 5
32oz t-bone steak
1 cup of red potatoes
1 cup broccoli
5 grams fish oil

Meal 6
Two scoops Trutein with 32oz mootopia skim milk
5 grams fish oil

That's a lot of food :thumbsup: Maybe I'll try and make this my bulking diet ;)

LOL. Really. I don't think that would be a "lean bulk" for me.

Nice job on the log Ryan. We all know how that scale weight can mess with your mind like crazy! Dealing with the same right now.

I'm most impressed with 12 whole eggs....I eat 3 whole eggs for an afternoon snack and is a lot...I imagine 12 whole eggs would be practically falling off the plate...I've been adding some cottage & parmesan cheese on top of my eggs, reh-heh-lly good!

No training today, but will try and get some cardio in

LOL. Really. I eat 3 whole and 2 white plus oats for breakfast most days. 12 would be painful.

If it's what your body requires then that's what works!
 
I'm usually good with 3 whole/6 white eggs plus 2 WW toast and a glass of Grapefruit juice every morning. Nothing like a full belly when leaving the house!
 
Guys, I would take Ryan's food intake with a pinch of salt. I am pretty sure he isn't actually a human but a part human, part beast hybrid.
 
I do understand the fact that feeding a 300 lb man/beast requires consuming mass quantities!

Ya, really loving Anabeta and seeing good results!

I know - as soon as I am lean as I want to be, I may use it again briefly to see if I can add a little more mass to my deltoids and arms, before being ultra-strict for competition.


No training today, but will try and get some cardio in

No weights for me today, either. Just HIIT. I look forward to every third day, when I get that breather :)

Guys, I would take Ryan's food intake with a pinch of salt. I am pretty sure he isn't actually a human but a part human, part beast hybrid.

I do understand the fact that feeding a 300 lb man/beast requires consuming mass quantities!

lol, it is a lot of food, I guess I'm used to it and only when I see my grocery bill does it hit me.

I think that may be a good idea Rosie, could really help with setting up the strict part of your routine.
 
So today for cardio I hit the prowler 40yds, 2 min rest did this 5 times.
10 empty keg tosses for hip speed, followed by 100 yard log carry 2 times, and a 1 mile walk

Would make me really watch my nutrition for sure - no way would I be wanting to add UNnecessary mass so close to competition. I could always wait until after the competition as well and run for ~8 weeks.

You could, but if you can handle the hunger I could see Anabeta helping your muscles really "pop" you know? Its a thought...

It would definitely help re hardness and vascularity (this was crazy on that stuff!)

Well today I felt real strong again, didn't push it too hard though. Like I stated above, vascularity and hardness are really starting to show, feeling great and my traps were standing tall after this workout!

I know. I've come to love the blue lines (the vascularity on my legs does not sit on top of the skin but under it as strong blue lines). And the ropes when they come (through arms and delts). So pretty :)

Did legs today and felt good, cranked up the volume now with added cals

Something that is becoming more and more evident is the hardening effect along with an ever increasing need for fluids. As soon as I drink any fluids literally about 5-10 minutes later if it was not consumed with food I am pissing it out. I'm looking really lean in the morning as well. Can't say enough about it, great stuff.

I don't smoke the herb, but I imagine that if you were to while taking Anabeta you would have to plan ahead for the munchies. Possibly buy a cow or two to BBQ along with a roasted pig:)

Absolutely agree. For the first couple of days on this I was already told by Josh that if it continues on at the same pace I would have to consider cutting the dose because at times it borderlined on intolerable. I have never had such a strong appetite this consistently.

Today again I felt really strong and looked swollen after this workout, lats were popping big time. Was absolutely starving after this workout and according to my heart rate monitor I burned 1,000 calories. Pump in my lats was absurd, also had lower back pumps.

From my log on April 10th:
Today was the second session of chest and back. It was hard as I was very sore in both brachialis muscles to the point that chin ups were quite painful just to perform.

Strength improvements were in all chest exercises and in all back exercises however there was a sharper drop off curve on both bodyweight exercises (chest dips and narrow parallel grip pull ups).

Both of these exercises were the only two which I didn't progress on from the first session to the second. Interesting to note this. I haven't been following any of the other logs but I would be curious to see if others have noted the same thing.

Any noticeable BF increase?

Still on the reccomended dose?

Your overall body weight increase has me really interested in this product.....very eager to here what's in it.

Right now I'm not sure, my activity level has picked up but I would say I am consuming at least 500 over maintenance. No noticeable BF increase, will be getting it measured again soon. Yup Still taking 4 caps a day. As to my weight increase, I have gone from a 750-1000kcal deficit to about 500 over during this time, so a lot of the weight can be attributed to that. The amazing thing is I look fuller, bigger, and possibly leaner on an all natural supplement.
 
By now I can definitely attribute it to the Anabeta

The effects of the AnaBeta-01 are definitely noticeable as being from the product.

Outstanding updates/progress Ryan....reminds me of the effects that XFA gave me...me thinks a stack of these 2 would be 'nice' ;)
