I was going to write something here about shoulders and legs, but I just saw The Rock is coming back to wrestling (truth to this?)
Btw folks, I was just offered the chance to test the new AnaBeta01 from pes, considering I'm still 2 weeks from having my next check come in that would finish replenishing my supp fund to enough to place the order and another half a week or so for it to make its way to me.... I accepted the offer and hopefully can get that started within a week.
This log is def still happening though as I am more then excited at the chance to run something that has the ability to not only harden up my body but reverse some of this gyno I'm plagued with.

Are you doing 32 sets of shoulders only when youre on cycle or are you doing that off cycle as a regular routine ?
That is definitely only on cycle, tare it up to blow it up. I wouldnt dream of doing that much off cycle, I wouldnt be able to raise my arm over my head for days.
