The Ultimate Endomorph fights back with EndoAmp!! (sponsored because SilentBob Rox)

I have a chronic AC issue that flares up almost instantly if I don't do the appropriate pre-hab and warm-up sets now. I get some weird looks because I do about 7-8 warm-up sets before I start my working sets just to get my technique nice and tight and work some blood into the area.

Yeah I feel that i'm getting that way with this shoulder. This isn't the first "instance" of this happening...and I normally do my muscle snatch work before I start and didnt this time...and sure enough, ugh.

I would do it like this

Muscle snatch or muscle clean
Hang cleans
Deadlift

I put strength training at the end as it's best imo to be as fresh as possible for the explosive work. If you are already tired then injuries are more likely.

Im impressed you do yoga bro. Are you doin this in a class or dvd?

Its a DVD from Renegade Training. Im actually a certified Kettlebell Instructor through them. Up until last year I was doing 3 classes a week at a local gym but "life" kinda crept up on me and the need for more money for my family was more evident than ever, so I had to make a decision and get a better paying job.

Dude, I think you are badass, much respect. I picked up Pavel's book, Enter the Kettlebell and loved it. Im sorry the training wasnt paying the bills and I hope you can get back to it someday. Ive got the adjustable kettlebell from Ironminds and love it. It goes from 25lbs to 80lbs. Wish we had a cert. Kb. instructor to teach us up here in Washington state.

yeah thats the problem really is lack of QUALITY in instructors. Alot really just fly through the cert. process just to say they have it and they add it to their PT clients' routines with poor form. Form is everything when doing the big lifts with KB's (snatch, swing, clean, press).

That is the issue with the majority of PT's

yea...you aren't going to hear an arguement on that from me. I am constantly preaching that it takes much more than having a PT to reach your goals. If everyone just closely checked the credentials and passion of their PT, they'd see that they aren't the proper one for them.

Finally updating Friday here, haha. It was a good day for the most part. No notice of any flaring in my shoulder or back, so that was a MAJOR bonus! For friday and saturday I tried something new that I think I might enjoy. Ive been doing workouts that are basically a circuit to hit most bodyparts and save me some time since I usually dont have a ton of time to spend in the gym. I did similar bodyparts 2 straight days and I still dont feel like I "overtrained" anything. Here is Friday : **remember I only list the last set out of 4 sets for each exercise**

Muscle Snatch
bar x 6
Incline DB Bench
60's x 6
Leg Press
360 x 8
Calf Raise (on press machine)
360 x 15
Seated Row
215 x 4

Felt pretty good and did some other stretching and stuff that just seems trivial to list. Either way, a good day. I think EndoAmp is definitely helping with my recovery at this point. I usually get pretty sore no matter what I work and I have been doing alright lately. Now on to yesterdays session!

Muscle Snatch
bar x 6
Bent Over Rows
155 x 5
Standing Overhead Press
135 x 4
DB Flat Bench
60's x 6
Triceps Pushdown
110 x 4
Seated DB Curl
35's x 6

If I can get down there today I may just do some cardio work, and if I stay at home then i'm thinking either some cardio here, some yoga, or some tai-chi

Hey man, checked out your site and it's very well put together. Invalid Link Removed products look legit too. Can't wait to try them out man. A lot of the products are right up my alley

thanks man...im sure you'll love them. We usually say about 3 weeks for arrival since we always have a pretty heavy volume of requests on the samples.

cordygen is the shiznit! same with somnidren
thank you sir :)

What does the cordygen do for you?
Cordygen is composed of cordyceps. It aids in endurance as well as boosting your oxygen uptake. For me personally my endurance increases and my heart will still be beating just as heavy as before during cardio/circuit lifting/sports....but my breathing will be much more normal than labored.

Agreed, I can do cardio for days on Cordygen good stuff!

x2....solid stuff, good company

endoamp wise, if it wasnt so pricey, id use it alot more.....doing on a cut right now, and its doing what i need it to do....ill shell out for that before a fancy prewo (i grab those also anyway lol)

EAmax, and vitC is awesome in pct...cant be beat, altho iv heard good stuff bout suppressC

CTduece, I found some cordygen at Vitamin Shoppe. Should I bother with it or go with Cordygen. Im interested in increasing my cardio limits later this year.

MST has really put in the time and research into their cordyceps and personally I believe their perfected it to the point where no other cordycep product can even compete.

Is the vitamin shoppe a generic cordycep or is it cordygen from MST?

I believe the difference between the two cordygen products from MST are:
Cordy 5 is time release
Cord vo2 is fast acting

Not 100% sure but im sure CTDuce would correct this if im wrong

Josh got it right. If you're looking at a cordyceps product not by MST, without any bias honestly, it's not going to be a fraction as good. The process by which MST has the cordyceps fermented is by far the best in the world and cannot be competed with. 100% stability is what Cordygen can offer you compared to shaky results at best by other versions.

SORRY for the lack of updates everyone, I will be getting a bajillion days worth in tonight

Good to know thanks for the info.

Do you notice better sleep on endoamp even when dosed away from when you go to sleep?

the last few days ive actually avoided taking Somnidren GH with sleep so I can test Endoamp for those results. I want to use it for a few more days before commenting for sure :).

Again, i'm sorry for not updating everyone. I definitely will tonight. I have been very busy trying to get paperwork together because even though i'm a chef by trade through experience, I never went and got the degree and i've decided to take a culinary program at a local college :)

No problem man, school is important, let us know when you get a chance :D

Nothing wrong with changing your career path. Hell, I was going to be a vet when I enrolled into college.

do you think you're happier now than you would have been? I always wonder when people say they chose one passion over another if they feel they made the right choice :).

Im a certified Kettlebell trainer and i've been cooking for years, but i'm also quite proficient on the computer and I enjoy laboring jobs as well....so really its hard to create a solid path ya know?

ps - i've just partnered up with The Spartan Race! Its similar to the tough mudder that I had planned on taking place in but sold out. Either way, I have a code that saves anyone who wants to participate in their local race $10 on their signup fee. Check out spartanrace.com for the courses/dates and watch the video. Im hyped as hell for September to get here so I can go race in my area :)

Honestly, I don't know, but I know that I would have never met my wife.

well its been a while...and I apologize. I have my update from 2 days ago coming here. Yesterday all I did was some stretching to try and stay loose. Tonight after posting this I will be adding a full hour of yoga before bed. Tomorrow I will be aiming to ramp it up a bit while taking my dietary issues into control. With my last announcement about the Spartan Race, I need to make sure i'm physically ready to take to the hills once it arrives :).

Muscle Snatch
Bar x 6
Flat DB Bench
60's x 6
Incline DB Bench
60's x 6
Cybex Flyes
210 x 4
and a bunch of pushups

I didnt have much time so I tossed together what I could for chest before having to clean up and get into work. I had today off but it was a mess of busy-ness so it will end with some yoga. Tomorrow I will be shooting for some awesome, and this coming weekend I have off so I should be able to hit it pretty hard then!

Man rushing workouts sucks... good thing you have the endoamp for cortisol spikes. Lord knows I feel like a mad man getting my workouts in with any less than 40 minutes

okay so a few nights ago when I saw I was going to do some yoga, thats exactly what I did. I had a nice session of about 50 minutes and then I just did some active stuff to try and get more loose. It was good.

On the 24th I went to the gym with my buddy Craig. he and I are the only 2 people I know for sure are doing the Spartan Race in PA in September so we're going to train together as much as possible to get ready. here is the session. A bit rushed once again (im sick of this fuggin snow)...but nice nonetheless.

Muscle Snatch
bar x 6
Power Cleans
145 x 8
Leg Press
380 x 10
Calf Raises
380 x 15

And then some light cardio work.

The next night while watching television I was doing shadowboxing during commercials for about 2 hours. Not a solid and steady cardio or anything, but each commercial break i'd get up and do some boxing. it was nice.

Last night I worked out in my mini gym at home. I dont have a ton of weight, plus I was aiming to shock myself a bit and go much lower and add more reps. i.e. - my first set of close grip bench I did 25 reps.

muscle snatch
bar x 6
Jumping Jacks (done right after each muscle snatch set)
25's - total of 100
Close Grip Bench
125 x 15
BB standing curls
105 x 8
Lat Pulldown
90 x 12

each set went down in reps so the first sets were ridiculously high. Yesterday was also my "cheat meal". A friend of mine brought some homemade apple walnut bread and I ate a fair amount of it with butter and I had a few Smithwick's as well.

Today I had all intentions of going swimming at the Y but it got all effed up while doing some important work I needed to get handled. As a result, tomorrow morning I am going to the Y extra early and swimming before my weights session. Its going to be an epic monday. Tomorrow would have been my father's birthday....this will be his 3rd birthday i'm spending without him. I am going to attack the weights bad.

yeah man...im averaging about 30 mins per session lately. thats counting my stretches, warmup sets, and ending stretching. Its been impossible...but im simply going to have to wake up earlier from now on. Im not willing to sacrifice any more time.

My pre-hab and warm-up sets take longer than 30 minutes. No way I could squeeze in anything of merit in such a short amount of time.

Yah... should get a foam roller and just stretch/pre-hab during free time later at night or something. 30 minutes for all that?!

Same here... sometimes I wonder if I spend too much time during my warm up :dunno:

I figure its best to spend the extra time here than to take a week off from lifting due to a strain from not warming up properly.

sorry for not updating fellas....between working 10 hour days and getting my time in and the gym and with the kids...its been quite hectic. I will try and get some updates in here tonight.

I work out at home so zero wait time for the morons getting in my way. I also only train one body part per day so 30 minutes is all I need. Excludes pre and post workout stretching.

Cool cool, looking forward to it.

It's no prob, EndoAmp is a hard product to log. It's not like if you took a scoop of jack3d lol

whew what a crappy logger I am lol. i just wanted to toss in a few notes and my last workout which was thursday (took the last 2 days off). In the time I haven't updated i've had some good workouts and some that were out of the ordinary like playing tennis, playing soccer, and as usual for me hitting the heavy/speed bags. I have begun training in a very different way and incorporating a lot of different "styles" to get ready for my Spartan Race in September! Only posting last set of each, 4 sets total

Muscle Snatch
bar x 6
Jump to Box/Box release Squat
10 x BW
Jump Shrugs
135 x 5
Hack Squats
225 x 6
Rear Delts (cybex)
170 x 4
Chest Flyes (cybex)
230 x 6 (entire stack) (PR)
Tri Pushdown
110 x 5

then just some closing stretches and such. It was a good session overall.

I really feel like the EndoAmp is helping most in aiding me with focus, and with fighting off cortisol. I'm down 5lbs since I began the log and my diet hasn't been 100% spot on. I've also had a few nights having some pints with the boys so trust me when I tell you, the EndoAmp must be aiding in this fat loss. Im also getting stronger at the same time. This is an awesome period for me right now :)

No worries CT, like HTS said, life happens. Pretty amazing feedback on Endoamp Max btw. For a long time I used to buy Vitamin World's Neuro Ps ( Phoshtydlserine ) and could see the benefits over time, but Primordial's PS version is cheaper by far and way more effective. Im glad your enjoying it.

Cheaper by far? Damn how expensive was the World Neuro stuff?!
