Newbie PCT check Please

Just Finishing up Halocore A halodrol clone 50mg a day, looking to get some feed back on pct, looks something like this.
Nolavdex
30/20/10/10
Titanuim and Erase stack
0/0/1/1/1/1 will use as directed starting week three
Cel Cycle Assit, Creatine, Multi vit, Fish oil
Thru out

Thats what I was thinking this is my first cycle I'd be grateful for any input.
I also have Novadex Xt, Tribex, Zma, and ArimeDexin PCT which contains 2a, 3a-Epithio another PH if I'm correct doesn't sound like good PCT to me.

Thanks to Everyone out there the Info I've found from this community has been great.

You can add Tribex or ZMA if you wish but I would stick to your original plan for halodrol PCT.
 
Maybe add some vit c for extra cortisol control, the erase will help but i wouldn't plan on it doing all the work. 3.5 gs a day will do it, it's much cheaper than supress c or lean extreme

Thanks I'll add Vit -C already have it on hand, starting week 3?
 
daa will raise prolactin- a hormone you DO NOT WANT TO SCREW WITH

counter this raise with L-dopa

in a pct it can help testes size and help your libido, I also heard it can cause prolactin, I havent experienced that , and no one I know hasnt either, some guys are using daa with powerfull (usplabs) to void prolactin, maybe schwellington can explain why it does or can,. he has been to the dark side and back lol

I'll have to do more research before I'd add it to my PCT, see if the reward is worth the risk or even nessasary. Please excuse the grammer and spelling never did to well in those area's. In case anyone cares I lost 10lbs on cycle before gaining back six and the 10 def came off the belly. Bench went from 225 to 245. I've been stuck at 225 for 4or5 months before this. Didn't do any measurements but the wife noticed a difference, definatly bigger, stronger, and slightly smaller waist. All in all I've been pleased with the results. Pct started today taking 10mg Nolva morning, noon, and night. Is this right to spilt up the doses or is it better take it all at once. When I get down to 10mg when is the best time of day to take it? Once again thanks All for your help and guidence
 
DAA should be a staple imo in PCT. As far as prolactin I have not had this issue, and I do bloods...

So far I have been unable to find anyone that has had problems with prolactin from DAA. Even those who have used it with no L-dopa or ZMA. When it PCT should it be started? Whats a good brand?
 
I start it day one, some wait, however I don't see the point. As far as brands I use our Invalid Link Removed exact same sodium D-aspartate that was used in the study showing its benefits.

u sed 50mg for whole cycle? how long was ur cycle?
