You don't need to stack another cortisol control product with Erase, and I wouldn't recommend it - use either standalone, and I recommend Erase, since it is so much MORE than just a cortisol control product. Whatever product you use, re dosing, following the dosing/timing instructions on the product label, and use for 4-8 weeks before taking a break.
