seated preacher machine
tri pressdown rope

great workout.. awesome pump.. tris are starting to come out more and more
 
today: shoulders

heavy cable facepulls
heavy db front raise
cable side lateral
heavy machine shrug

good day today.. starting to see some more detail from my traps all the way into my shoulders especially when i was shrugging heavy

35 min cardio

.. little bit more of a taper, shoulders and chest getting tighter, still a long way to go

beautiful day outside.. might go for a walk later

With all the cloak and dagger I thought it would be Test Prop, Tren A, Masteron, Primo, DNP, T3, Clen and maybe crack. :lol:

Good stuff though, hope it treats you well. You should try Alpha-T2, since it helps with thyroid/metabolism and would complement what you already have. It stacks well with Oxyelite too.

I love to do heavy shrugs! I was doing DB shrugs, but couldn't get nearly enough weight. BB shrugs make me feel yoked the next day!

na ill save stuff like that for when i lean bulk after this cut...

we got a machine shrug at my gym that i just love.. had 5 plates and a quarter a side on it and it was bendin like crazy.. really scared me cause i love that thing and would be heart broken if it would break

I know OEP worked great for me last year in my cut.

If you are wondering about the Needto product Need2slin would go great with your goals :)

ya i know .. i really wanna try it.. i also wanna try need2sleep cause my sleep has been really off and on lately. Some nights i sleep great.. some nights horrible. Because of the stims i assume.

All around great day. First time i tried reverse hacks on our machine at my new gym.. my partner talked me into it. It was absolutely incredible, like the machine was meant for that. It completely isolated the lower region of both the inner and outer part of my quad and also hit hams rather well. Just thinkin about it makes me want to go back and slam it again.

Whole workout was great.. plenty of energy. Did some really really light cardio at the end just to burn a few extra cals and to flush my legs.

Ill hit cardio this weekend. Got a b-day party to go to saturday which has me scared, i really wanted to stay away from a cheat meal this wk cause my weight is stickin. I know i know.. most people believe cheat meals help when the weights stuck.. but ive found not so much for me. Really hopin to keep it clean all wknd.. guess we will see

I def rec the need2sleep 2 caps gives you a very smooth sleep I tried it and liked it alot.

great weekend.. stayed on diet well

yesterday hit chest

kind of a disappointing day, didnt have the numbers i wanted, but last chest day was great so i cant be too disappointed

incline barbell
flat bench db
cables light

weight is officially unstuck :) looking forward to a good back day today
 
Need2sleep is only 5htp, valerian, and melanotan. U cab get en all seperate for half the price and tweak around the doses as you would like ie more melanotan more 5htp ect ect.


Cool log so far good luck big guy. Btw not to derail ya too much but you should look into trying to add a couple hundred kettlebell swings a day into ur regime. Fat comes off quick and muscles start poppin out real fast.
 
ive always been interested in kettlebells but i simply have no where to throw them into my routine. nor do i think i would have enough time to recover. thanks for the tips though.. they are definitely an effective exercise..
 
Do you do cardio? Just replace ur cardio sessions with swing. My gym sucks ass so no kbells, solution I got a 35 and a 52 lb set. I do my swing first thing in the morning. a few hundred swings a day and everyone asks about my diet lol
 
Had a pretty promising back day. Went super heavy and still had some in the tank at the end.

I trained arms yesterday. Another real good workout. Did some super setting and some things i havent done in a long time..real good day.
