First time Anabolic Growth Kit RD

I'm getting ready to start the anabolic growth kit (1ad/4ad/decavol) RD tabs. The 2x day stacking chart is clear but do I need to space out the individual tablets as well or just take all three at once?

You can take all 3 at once, that's what I have been doing. It has been recommended to take the 4AD a couple of hours later if you are affected by lethargy, the 4AD should help relieve this neg effect. It's also been recommended to start the 4AD in the 2nd week as this is when you may be affected by the lethargy . . . so a staggered cycle.

I got great results from 2/day but decided to bump it to 3/day, then I got sick. So I am hoping to see a difference next week now that I will be fully recovered.
 
The most I do while using a stacking cycle has been three ands then hour or 2 later I would do my other. Just make sure which ever way u choose you keep the time between doses consistant and with these new tabs iota easy
