Reset AD

Yes, one of the handful of supplements I've used in my life that actually worked so well I could feel it. Two weeks on Reset AD, after years of using stims at least three times a week, and I felt like I had a new set of adrenal glands! Since then I've done a week on RAD every now and then when I feel the need, and it continues to work wonders.

One of the very very few supps that is a staple in my arsenal!

I've had good experiences with Reset as well. I take a week off stims every 8 weeks or so. During this time I take 2 caps of Reset AD each day and it reduces my stim tolerance to the point that my normal cup of coffee will give me a headache.

Definitely a great product to use now and again if you are taking a lot of stims.

I am taking it now and have taken it in the past. Great results from the product every time I have used it. It is one supplement I can always count on.

so do uguys take it with stims, or take a week off and use it. Im currently doing eca daily and a pre workout 3-4 days a week.....would it be acceptable to maybe break from the eca but still use the pre a couple days??

great, it says "THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BY THE MANUFACTURER"

I just bought some on a site about a week ago, and its been backordered, he said it would be in stock yesterday in 7-10 days, thought that would be a lie... time to get my money back :/

Genomyx is looking at releasing a similar product with an expanded formula.

Just started this a few days ago. I have a MAAAD case of adrenal fatigue. It's been helping a bit, only on day 2, dosing 3x per day. I'm debating whether I need to keep plowing through and trusting it will eventually get the job done, or if I should take some time off of cardio/weights to assist in the process.

I do an abnormally large amount of cardio, albeit low intensity, 1 hour a day, every single day, 7 days a week.....on top of weight training.

Give it time, it took months or years to get to where you are, it's not going to go away in days ;)

Thanks bro. I will. Besides....I don't think I could handle it mentally cutting back on the gym time :)

How long do you suspect it will take to start feeling normal again? I ceased all stims as well.

It's hard to guess, not knowing how heavy you've been using stims, but it not uncommon to be able to half your stim requirement or better in a couple of weeks with the same effect, from what I've seen. You can get quick results, but it's easy to want to jump back into stim when you get them, set aside as much time as you can to recovering fully. Long term your body will thank you for this.

Give yourself 2-3 weeks, then test yourself if you wish with a mild caffeine dose, like from a coffee to assess your progress. Pickup a quality stimfree preworkout like ultima, premax or pumpbol, I'm sure others can pitch in here. Reset AD is going to give you a great jumpstart to recovering. Keep well hydrated and well rested too.

VERY interested in this. I'm loving what you guys have brought out so far.

I ran an entire bottle of Reset AD and it unfortunately didn't do much to help reset my tolerance. Not a knock on the product at all; just didn't do anything for me, so I'd love to find an alternative for when I detox.

DO IT!!! I use reset ad throughout my entire contest preps.. saved my life during my second prep. First prep, I worked up to like a gram of caffeine and would go to bed.. next time I used this, and stayed around 200-300mg. You would make a customer for a min of 3 months at a time! :p You guys have a killer line up already, always wanted to tell you that.

I always stay away from stims the week before contest. Do you think Reset AD is a good idea to take during that time?

as a fellow competitor, don't fix whats not broken. If thats what you do, stay with it.. I dont want to be the reason for screwing up your physique last minute!

I drop stims usually 1-2 weeks out also bro.

Does anyone else get ridiculously SLEEPY when they run reset ad? I mean like you get 7-8 hours of sleep a night and even then all you wanna do all day long is sleep.

Its actually the opposite for me. Adrenal fatigue makes you very tired throughout the day, reset ad is suppose to help that.

Mike

Just got me 2 bottles. Need to step away from stims for a little while. I feel like an ADDICT!!!!(Good joke right there)

I believe my problem was more having very low cortisol than it was adrenal fatigue. I suppose it's more than likely a combo of the two since they are somewhat related, but mostly very very low cortisol.

I would get checked, and possibly utilize a cortisol replacement therapy until your body rebounds.

I think the old reset ad worked better than the new formula with pregnenolone in it.

I'm kind of wondering about the inclusion of pregnenolone myself. I think there might be sort of two different versions of what people think adrenal fatigue is. Because as you said, firstly it isn't an actual medical condition. But there is just the version where your body doesn't respond to stimulants anymore, and then there is another version far beyond that, which is more along the lines of addisons disease. I don't believe reset ad would have any positive effect on the latter. More than likely, if you are also low on cortisol, it might worsen the condition because of the pregnenolone in it. From what I've read medicinal steroids can lower your cortisol because cortisol is so similar in structure to a steroid in the body. So if that was the case, it could worsen the condition, I would be a perfect example of this.

Am I in the right neighborhood here, or is my thinking way off base?

Interesting thread. Love to see Geno come out with one. This isn't a product I've used before but it's something I've been looking into as I rely on stims more now than I have in the past.

I thought the same that the 1st version was superior to the second.

Anyone else notice this stuff has been out of stock at many places?

Wonder if this is being discontinued OR if PaloAlto is having issues?

NO FREAKING WAY! :(

WHY? Insanely popular product!

Soooo what is a solid comparable replacement?
