JD's APS Nutrition New Years Revolution!

My wife swears by her chiropractor, and lots of trainers from the local gyms go to him. I hope he's able to help you, but IMO there are lifestyle changes that you'll need to make.

For example, he took an x-ray of my hips and showed they were off alignment. I usually put most of my weight on my right leg when I stand around. Well, now I make a conscious effort to distribute my weight evenly and most of my hip problems are going away.

Either way, hope your back feels better soon!

Thanks guys!

After watching some chiropractor vids last night I'm freaked out lol, really hope this doesn't make my back worse. The owner the gym recommended me to some guy but he doesn't have a website at all and there is 3 other big chiropractor places with big websites where I live...I wonder if it's the best to get checked out at the more popular places, don't want to take any chances of this other guy messing my back up...

See if there are other people that use him. There should be trainers, athletes, etc. that vouch for a good chiropractor.

Today is not even worth logging, ugh... my back felt a little stiff all day, well started my arm workout and on my 3rd warm up set of curls I picked up the weight and my lower back pulled AGAIN!!! This has gotten out of hand, I'm sure it will be very sore for the next couple days so I'm taking the next 2 days off from work. I owner of my gym checked out my back got me to do a bunch of weird stretchs and he thinks it's something more then just the muscle. He told me I should go to this chiropractor that is suposed to be really good, So I'm going to him a Monday when they are open. I really hope he can help because this has really got in the way in the last few months.

I'm hoping I have better news Monday and if my back isn't killing I'll try and get a good Chest workout in.

Try to find a ART place near you Invalid Link Removed They are great!
You can find youtube videos on it but I would go to a professional and have them work with you.

Here is a video with some ART movements to give you an idea of what it is

glad you got some protein/bcaa's i really feel they will make a difference in your recovery-since adding powershock my recovery has been better with less soreness the next day.

I got some of that powershock in today:D

It seemed to be really high for a bit, but for the last 4 days or so it seems like it dropped a lot.

i can't believe your libido isn't skyhigh on that stack, damn. androhard and triazole are said to promote increased libido and i know dermacrine does.

I found a really good Chiropractor that specializes in the lower back, I left a message, I hope she contacts me back soon so I can get an appointment.

Well it was skyhigh, but it's weird, I found the Dermacrine/Androhard/Triazole stack hasn't been as effective feeling for the last week as it was.

testalensis/testatropin v2 sounds very intense!!!!

you could get away with 4 caps on the activate with all the other stuff combined with it, but almost everyone agrees 6 is best. you aren't the only one who is disappointed about the fadogia, there is a huge thread about it.

Personally I think iForce did a very good job handling it. They could have went alot of other ways or just tried to keep it hush hush.. I mean come on how many people weigh their caps? No one else would have prolly checked but they immeadiately took action and rectified the issue.

I guess I am not that disappointed since I wasnt planning on taking it right away and I got some free bottles to make up for it :dunno:

Day 43 Thoughts
Well since pulling my back friday I havn't been able to do much, still a little sore today so just did something light to get the blood going. Will get a good workout in tomorrow!

Effects

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- Libido has dropped this week, but I'm sure the stress from pulling my back didn't help at all. I've had some cheat meals this weekend but I think I put some good size on from last weeks workouts as well, 193.5 this morning, looking forward to see how strength feels tomorrow.

Mesomorph/ Creatine Nitrate/ Nitrozine/ STACK!- Taking half a scoop of Meso on off days really seem to wake me up nicely!

APS Nutrition Phenibut 500- Only taking when I feel high anxiety and popped a couple caps the other day and this stuff works amazing on anxiety! I gave my father a bottle last week and he has been taking anxiety medication for a long time and he can't believe how good Phenibut 500 works, this product is a WINNER!

Hey JD. Any more update on the TESTALENSIS? My store guy keeps telling me APS is coming out with another revolutionary product. I guess this is it. Was going to start Testatropin, but want this product instead. Any update is appreciated Thanks

Putting on some good size there!

Phenibut is great, 2g was a good spot for me to chillllllllllllll... I also liked to use 1g for big presentations and meetings I have to run.

Day 44 Thoughts
Amazing workout, very long workout, very high intensity, broke PR's couldn't have asked for a better workout. I decided to go with a full body workout, I see the Chiropractor tomorrow so will update on that. I should be out of Androhard tomorrow or the next day, so I added in Activate and power for the next day or 2.

Effects

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- Strength up! Also putting on more size, libido for some reason isn't near as high for the last week, but w.e workout was good:D

Mesomorph/ Creatine Nitrate/ Nitrozine/ STACK!- Crazy big pumps, this pre-workotu stack is THE BEST! I felt real good for my workout.

Wait, you did all that stuff in 1 workout? That's a lot of exercises!

BTW, did you see PP has 50% off Androhard right now? $35 for a bottle is pretty good...

Ya it was a good 3 hour workout, I want to start trying big circuit workouts again, I found it put me in the best shape when I did gruelling stuff like this.

I can only get it through Nutra since I live in Canada. But I'm gonna wait to see what they have planned for the Andro Series.

I am half a sleep, I'm gonna chug half a scoop of Mesomorph and go to my appointment to see the surgeon, hopefully I'll get an idea for when I can get surgery on my ankle.

Andro Series:

AndroMass -
3b-enanthoxynorandrost-4-en-17-one
3b-enanthoxyandrost-4-en-17-one

AndroHard-
3a-enanthoxy-5a-androstan-17-one

AndroLean-
3b-acetoxyandrost-5-en-7,17-dione

Which are esterified versions of:
AMS 4AD,
AMS DecaVol,
Androsterone,
and 7-keto DHEA

I couldn't imagine trying to get out of bed the next morning after a workout like that, good stuff JD

Update
Alright just got back from the doctors, not very happy....the doctor that reffered me said if I'm very active he said I should get surgery because my foot will continue to bother me and not heal since it's a complete tear and the partial tear I have can turn into a complete tear as well.

Well this doc said he wouldn't do surgery, and trys to sell me some brace they sell at the hospital and told me just where this when you do your mma stuff and running :squintfinger: He said something like since I waited so long that if he does do surgery he would have to sacrifice a tendon in my leg to reconstruct my ligament...WTF???? not sure if anyone has heard of that, I havn't....for 1. It wasn't me that waited so long, I went to get this problem fixed asap and some dumb doctor told me to take anti-inflammatory pills, UGHHHHHH, anyways he would rather not do the surgery so he is sending me to another surgeon to see what he think.....now what does he says before I leave the office???? "Just to let you know it's a long wait so don't expect to get a call for at least 8 to 9 months" ......:wtf:

I don't think I could really get anymore pissed then I am now, I'm really frustrated with the health care and waiting time in Canada, I would rather pay health insurance and get this stuff taken care of ASAP! So I went out and bought a cast like/foot support, I'm gonna start going back to the MMA gym and see how my foot does, I dont' think it's gonna go very good, but if I want to compete then I guess my only choice for now is to do what I can with 1 good foot.

Well off to the Chiropractor soon to get the back checked out :dead:

Sorry to hear about the bad luck with doctors. That is absolute BS what they're doing to you.

Have you tried Joint Force or Osteo Plex? The write ups look promising, though I don't know if it would help your condition with the tears. I always look for ways to take care of my own problems because I put little faith into doctors being able to diagnose accurately what's happening with me since they just think about "the average person" in their experience.

Hope things improve, and the chiropractor goes well. Expect him to say you have severe subluxations and will need a 50 visit plan starting off with 3 visits a week! That seems to be the standard chiropractor practice, though it can get results...

Tried Joint Force didn't help my foot at all, but didn't expect it to since 2/3 ligaments in that section of my foot is ****ed.

50 visit plan...wow, the owner at the gym I go to told me with in a few visits it should be 100%, no way I'm putting up 50 visits worth of cash, screw that!

Just don't be surprised, they'll have a slick marketing pitch about why you need aggressive treatment up front with regular visits to keep adjustments in place (otherwise you'll revert back to same old subluxations), then taper off once the adjustments start to take.

My wife totally believes it and can tell when she falls back to her old alignment, and looks forward to the next adjustment. I don't know if it's true or not, but I can see how it makes sense. Fortunately for us 20 visits are covered by our insurance (except deductible), and the rest they work out a payment plan. Still pricey though, that's why I'm not sure if I want to sign up for it or not...

I would definitely go to a couple more doctors to get more opinions. In my opinion most doctors are idiots! I work in a hospital and you wouldn't believe what you hear come out of the mouth of some of them, it is actually scary! Doctors don't solve problems they only offer medicine to treat your problem. It is hard to find a doctor that doesn't try and write a script for any and everything. Don't know how it works in Candace but I would definitely go get some more opinions.

As for the Chiro that summary was dead on! One Chiro I went to tried totell me I needed a series of vists of 3-4 vists a week for several months and then tried to sell me a package option so I make a bulk payment to pay for half of the vists up front :WTF: I felt like he was tryna sell me a time share the way he was going on about it

Best of luck to you buddy I know how much you enjoy training and I hope everything works out for you

A second opinion in Canada will take 9 months! Yay socialized healthcare!

:usa2:

Well no way I'll go to that many visits, I just got back not long ago, we talked about the problem, got me to do a few things and then cracked the hell out of my back, honestly my back is just aching now, he didn't try to sell any plan to me, he just said we should be able to fix this problem pretty quick, if I keep stretching and light exercising and he adjusts it then we should be able to get this fixed soon enough.

Now what does that mean IDK lol, I see him Monday morning and I guess I'll see how many times he wants me to go, I'm def not going longer then a month, way too $$$. Plus I'm getting my HD recorder cable box tomorrow that will cost enough a month ordering the UFC fight, but I get to record the pay per view saturday and watch it when I get home from work:D lol

Thanks buddy! I really don't know what to do at this moment, I'm gonna go back to the MMA gym Monday and see how that goes with my foot, I just want to compete really bad, if I have to do it with an injured foot then I guess thats what I gotta do...livin in Canada and all lol

i guess you get what you pay for, lol. bad part is i bet taxes are really high to pay for it.:28:

Ya this is just crazy, I feel like a chicken with my head cut off today, I'm going CRAZY! thinking about how ##$%$#@%%#$ they are lol

Day 1 PCT Thoughts
Ok my first day back to the MMA gym, just did some bag work and pad work, not to many people there tonight. I got pushed good with the pad work. I feel a lot slower, it's been awhile, I'll get back into it! I'm gonna stick to circuit training twice a week and will hit the mma gym 5 days a week. I'm going to stick to mostly rolling and boxing untill my lower back is 100% and my boxing is back to what it was.
There is a grappling tourny my team is going to in a few months at the UFC Fan expo in Toronto, it's far away but I'm going to go if training gets going and my foot doesn't get in the way.

Effects
Not much to say, PCT day 1, I love Mesomorph and the energy I'm not sure but it's like I had an extra energy boost tonight from the TestatropinV2 pre-workout, I will watch out as time goes on. Adding a scoop of Pump-Bol pre-workout, I won't do 2 scoops, to much Magnesium for my stomach.

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole MINI REVIEW
Well the first month of Dermacrine Libido was crazy, I feel like it's a good product, not much of a difference compared to the topical version. AndroHard I liked a lot, some nice strength gains, nice gains in size, nice vascularity and kept my body look pretty hard at 193lbs. Triazole was good, I felt like it kept my Estrogen down and natural test up, I believe it also helped gains. I'm not sure if I'd go with Dermacrine again, but will try Androhard and Triazole again in the future.

Hope your back and ankle gets better so you can join that grappling tourney bro! Would be awesome I bet :)

Very nice mini review btw  A lot of good info packed in there :D
Seems like the Dermacrine gives a nice libido boost for everyone, from what I've read :)
