Is PCT Assist meant to be an acceptable standalone/primary PCT supplement?

I'm not clear on this. Leaving aside the "restricted SERMs" vs. "OTC supps" issue (I have nolva already but don't want to use it if I don't have to), is CEL's PCT Assist an acceptable PCT product on its own?

Specifically, after a typical H-drol cycle.

To be taken twice daily:

Trans Resveratrol (50%) 600 mg
Quercitin (95%) 600mg
Indole 3 Carbinol 175 mg
Horny Goat Weed (standardized fro 60% Icariin) 150 mg
Coleus Forskohlii (10% Forskolin) 100 mg
Piperine (95%) 20 mg
Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate

Well, normally I would say an OTC PCT is ok with H-drol but you may want to add DAA to this just to make sure you recover fast.

But yes, Quercitin, Icarin, and Forskolin (especially) have their own mechanism of action in increasing free/total test levels. Resveratrol and I3C act much like an aromatase inhibitor so they, too, purportedly increase free testosterone. And piperine aids in absorption. :)

As mentioned Id also use Inhibit E for extra help with estrogen and help re-igniting your natural test. Also as mentioned a natty test booster like DAA and or Animal Test or which ever test booster you like.
