Epi PCT Suggestions

Hey guys

What do you think of the following non RX PCT suggestions for and Epistane cycle

PCS,Mass FX,Lean Xtreme

PCS,sustain alpha,Lean Xtreme

Sustain alpha,DTHC,Lean Xtreme

PCS,DTHC,Lean Xtreme

which 1 do you think is best? any modifications needed?

Im also very curious about any negative interactions these supps may have with each other??

has anyone had experience with any of these stacks?
 
All of these stacks are fine for epi pct. Just add 20 mgs a day of Nolvadex or 75mgs of clomid a day for 4 weeks and you are good to go. I personally like TRS from PP with Nolvadex to recovery from epi. Epi is fairly mild, But most people are going suggest you run a serm in pct. Epi will shut you down.
 
def go with a serm for what you spend on running a cycle and the fact its your health your talking about pick up some nolvadex and throw in some hcgenerate during the middle to tail end of your cycle.I like the the mass fx idea as well.

about a serm, it isn't that easy for me to obtain and Im also worried about its side effects.
novla is quite Hepatoxic.

any chance I can get away with a four week cycle (20,30,30,40) by just using a combination of the supps mentioned above?

Maybe I could just get some novla in case of any signs of gyno?

the sides for serms are overblown plus you do know there are sides from ph/ds as well such as hepatoxic ones as well? if your concered about this you might want to reconsider or do more research before starting a cycle you seem to have things slightly backwards and with ph/ds use you want to make sure you are well informed before hand which brings up more questions.

what is your ph/ds knowledge? lifting expereince.age,stats,reasons for use? also what support supplements are you going to use?


sure you could use over the counter methods but serms are easy to get and have been proven over and over to work.

no for gyno your want to get an aromatase inhibitor such as femara

Yes I am very aware of sides from phs/ds which is exactly why I'm trying to avoid putting the extra stress on my liver.

Stats:
Age: 21
Weight - 75 kg (about 165 pounds)
11 % bf
Height - 5ft 9

Goal: add about 10lbs lean mass and keep 80% PCT

support supplements:
Cycle support
Multi vit
fish oil


Iv'e been lifting for 4 years and Iv'e done A LOT of research on the subject of AAS use.

anyways i'm gonna take your advice and try to get a serm
so im thinking:

That's much better. That should work. Wait till the 3rd week pct, then add the Lean Extreme. Serms are really easy to get. Just use goggle. Good luck!

AI post cycle support, HCGenerate, DHEA, Kre Alk creatine. Run the epi 30/30/40/40/40

On cycle: cycle assist, Cissus, Liver52, fish oil, CLA.
 
Getting a serm is not hard, getting one that is legit may be a little harder. Either way, it is no excuse not to run one.

youve done alot of research about aas use..... :wtf:

then why would you be taking steroids when youre 5 ft 9 165..... you need to have some more muscle on your frame before you even think of using steroids...

and if you had done any research, you would obviously know that you need a SERM for any cycle.....

extra stress on your liver from nolva... lol youre taking a methylated oral steroid!! this is why we have a wonderful product called liv 52.

but, youre probably going to run the cycle anyway... good luck

I said something similar before ^♠^, all you young bucks need to be patient and first add some weight(lean bm) and I think 21 is too young imo, 25+ yrs.

Can u add 6-oxo as an AI to a alpha sustain/PCS/lean extreme PCT stack? I'm like the guy said earlier, I found some sites to get SERMs but I dont trust em, dont know if they legit. I had an oversea source before but they not around anymore...

Or even trione which I heard is 6-oxo but cheaper...
 
so here's what im gonna do for pct guys after a 20/30/3040 cycle of Epi

20mg/day Novla + sustain alpha LV + cycle support - week 1
20mg/day Novla + sustain alpha LV + cycle support - week 2
10mg/day Novla + sustain alpha LV + cycle support + Activate xtreme + LX - week 3
10mg/day Novla + sustain alpha LV + cycle support + Activate xtreme + LX - week 4
Activate xtreme + LX - week 5
Activate xtreme + LX - week 6

any changes recommended?

was thinking of replacing with triazole is that a good idea?

I feel I should add an AI somewhere , what good AI can I stack with sustain alpha?

This isn't true. The amount of muscle on your frame is not an indicator of steroid usage. He is probably an ectomorph in which case he has the bulk of muscle on his frame at 165lbs. If your theory was true then steroids would only be useful to endomorphs.

regaurdless of what body type you have 5'9 165 is way too light to start using steroids.....

clearly the op is nowhere close to his genetic limit.

anyone who is 5 9 165 can put some muscle on their frame before using steroids..

id rather not see someone totally f**k up their hpta (possibly affecting ANY natural gains) unless they have exhausted all other safe possibilities

ps.. op, use a serm please

I wish that was common sense these days, but you are right. OP make sure you use PH's wisely. I used them when I was around your weight because I had hit a serious plateau. I would have never broke past it had I not. As an Ecto you are never going to get as much muscle as a meso, or an endo.

And I used a SERM like everyone has told you.
