Dbol dosage and toxicity

Im starting my test/deca/dbol/epi cycle in a couple weeks, looks like this

1-14 test e 250x2
1-12 deca 200x2
1-4 dbol 30/30/40/40
13-16 epi 30/30/40/40

How toxic is dbol, as I understand not very. We all know schwell is up at 60ed. My question is whats your sweet spot dosage? Thinking of goin 40/40/50/50. On that note thinking of same dosage for the epi at the end, I see alot of people like 45 or 60 as the sweet.

dbol is not overly hepatoxic and neither is epistane....though 30 mgs is an awfully low dose...have u ever run epi?

lol, yea our cycles are very similar, I think we even were planning them around the same time but you started first. I wanted to wait until after the holidays, family comin in town and all.

Never ran epi, just hdrol, mdrol, and 1 test e many years ago. I think I should be fine upping the dosage as well. Your right.
 
epi= great steroid and very mild on sides generally, not highly hepatoxic for a 17aa steroid either

dbol not that bad on liver, not as bad as a lot of people think, but it can and most likely will be bad for your LDL, HDL and total cholesterol... That is what you need to worry about. Liver will take a light beating and recover fine and fast.. Heart health take months or even years to recover.

schwell im curious btw.. what supports are you taking currently? I know its off topic but were pretty much the only two talking in this thread and since its mine I can derail it if I dam so please lol.

im mega dosing fish oil, a multi vit, when i get the funds getting Coq10

throw sum hawthorn at 2-3g a day too

fish oil-10-15g a day
multivit
hawthorn-2-3g

i dunno bout coq10 dosing but i know its good for plack build up


im not worried about my liver- i am worried about my heart----do cardio 1 x aweek too good for bp etc im sure u know this though:bling:
 
I myself have no experience with dbol, just mdrol, epi, and pplex.....epi is between the hdrol and mdrol you've ran, I spose....

Anyway, for support supps, I'm taking fish oil, hawthorn berry, milk thistle all 3x day, NOW ADAM vits and super anti-oxidants 2x a day, and was taking cycle support 2x a day for the 4 weeks of the mdrol kickstart, but they both ran out exactly 4 weeks in, so that's perfect. When I start the phera again ~week 12, I'll start the cycle support again.

And to be a pea in the same pod (Oh jesus help me, LOL) my cycle is...

1-4 mdrol
1-12 deca @ 300/week
1-14 test e @ 250 2x a week
12-16 pplex 30~40/day

PS I ran epi up to 50/day and all it seemed to do was make the back pumps worse, so 40 was a good dose for me. I did do 2 cycles 5 weeks each with it and I loved it :D
 
The negative effects on lipids, bp, inflammation, plaque build-up in arterial and neural walls etc. caused by AAS use is seriously overlooked. Precautions pre/intra/post cycle are imperative imo, and the best way to watch the severity of these sides is with blood work. Another underrated and over looked issue is psychological issues that can present from AAS use and remain, or take extensive therapy and medication to mitigate.

x2, my on cycle total cholesterol was 263...
 
I got bloods done friday, results should be here mon or tues. Not sure if I will get another set done during cycle, but I will post. Im plannin on preloading with milk thistle and hawthorne berry, then cycle assist for the dbol. again pre load before epi and ca during epi. Also be runnin ADAM, and fish oil. Thats what it looks like for my supps.
