This^^ but I don't think you can find E-stane anymore. Epi-Strong is very much available though, and they are 15mg per cap, as opposed to 10mg per cap with Epistane or Havoc.
 
Sounds pretty good. I was thinking of running a 3 week cycle with some Tamox as PCT. Do you think it would work well?

Why 3 weeks? I would do at least a 4 week cycle, and Tamoxifen (Nolva) will work fine for PCT 20/20/10/10
 
I've done 3 cycles of havoc with the past 2 year an was thinking to just go 3 weeks at 30. I lost a lot of fat this past summer to slim down and was thinking of just bulking up on a PH. Currently I'm 172 and would like to get to atleast 196.

Well u r going to need more time than 3 weeks. Not likely a PH/DS cycle will put 24 pounds on u. But I would suggest 5 weeks with Epi-Strong. Best of luck with ur bulk.
 
Do you or anyone else know anything about this guy Anthony Roberts, he's supposed to be some expert in AS, but just got his website siezed? - I heard there is a story about him on steroidtimes.com with some crazy cartoon. Anyone know more details?

Listen to what Tom has said here. There is a lot of information in those logs you can learn on (mine is one of them listed)
Epi-strong is one of many Epi clones out there, but like Tom said it is dosed at 15mg, which gives you a little bit more dosing options, as well as your bottle stretching a little further

I would also dose maybe 30 the first week, and run 45mg after that. It really is the sweet spot for many..I know it was for me
