:wtf: So people are scooping products without guarantee of what is actually in them? Wow, results at any price I guess. Not saying either way, if they are legit or arent, but I damn sure would like to know PRIOR to consumption. I personally have not bought UP TO THIS POINT simply because I feel their pricing is out of whack, when I can buy other clones for cheaper. NOW, I can buy other clones for cheaper, and know they were tested and know what the hell i am getting into. Dang....

There has been a whole bunk "insert product here" problem with half the companies on here...and in the industry.

If i remember, there were some batch numbers that were thought to be bad, but it wasnt an entire product in full. CEL handled it very well. They came out with what batch numbers they believed to be bunk, and refunded/replaced. What they did not do, is say I will refund you, HOWEVER, we are going to stand by those particular batches nonetheless.

well since there was only 1 batch of this stuff ever made and Nate is offering a full refund where does that leave us?
 
The point being, he says he will and prob has issued a full refund, but still says the product is legit. If it isnt what it says it is, say it, and move forward, but dont add addendums basically saying your product is still this or that. Bottom line: bottle says ingredients X,Y,Z..if they arent in there, admit fault. END. But dont say I will give you a refund, but my product is still awesome. It may be awesome for what it really is, but not for what it is advertised as.

Honestly, couldnt give a s*** less...but speaking purely on principle, if you screwed up, own it, end story. Dont say you did, followed with the addendum of "However, my product is still the shiz".

Or his actions in the first place. How many refunds have been issued? Six? I wouldn't exactly call that amazing customer service. I've seen plenty of reps offer a refund and never or rarely follow through on it. It's sales 101. Make yourself seem like a legitimate business by publicly making a formal promise or assurance that money will be refunded for a mistake, then never follow through.

Actually that is incorrect. After several members questioned a batch we had it retested and it came back fine. After a couple continued to complain we offered to have their sealed bottle tested at any DEA registered lab.........no one ever took us up on it;):)

I give a rats ass in general, based on principle, as a consumer. Huh, weird how that works, that as a consumer I give a rat about how companies go about their business when it comes to putting out a product that i will ingest. I guess I am just waaay too finicky for the supplement world.

We actually tested our retention sample, then offered to test anyone else personal bottle.;):) NO other company has posted as many lab results as CEL- not even close:sadwavey:

They were all doctored and fake. Its Sales 101. Fake the documents to make it look like you tested something. You can't fool us!!!!!

The manufacturer of his other products is someone else suppossedly. It seems like grayhorse, the guys from purus ect feel the other manufacturer is legit. So I'm sure his other products are fine... Beast may be exremely overpriced but legit.

But hey I forgot that we must be able to talk about what supplement stores we like, that we have freedom of speach and reps from any company must be allowed to come and tell people about there new products.

You were negged for the insults.

You have the freedom to say what you did and you also have the freedom to experience the consequences that come with it. I'll be damned if I'm going to sit by and watch you insult us. You could have inquired as to the reasoning for the matter in question but instead you felt the need to address the matter in the way you did - with insult, accusations and an overall assault of character and integrity.

The rules clearly state that NP is the official retailer of AM. The rules clearly state our stance on logs. The rules are not up for discussion or debate. If you chose to violate these rules you chose the consequences.

Additionally, no one gets banned. They receive infractions and warnings to review the rules. Continued disregard for our rules after being informed of them can and has resulted in a banning.

I never desired to prove you wrong. You were wrong. You were negged for the insult.

As I have stated before - if this is a problem for you find somewhere else to spend your time. I do recommend that you drop the matter.
