Man, age does make a difference regardless how much test, gh, igf, or supplements you take. If age did not matter at all, then all these old dudes who are on tons of hormones wouldn't have a single white hair on their heads and nearly most of their wrinkles would be gone. It is a known physiological fact that your body decompensates and we lose a certain percentage of muscle year after year. Our organs don't respond to stimulus the same way a 20 something person and our joints deteriorate at a rapid speed. Yes, I agree that using this stuff can help a 70 year old feel young again but, one shouldn't expect miracles. I guarantee that a guy in his early 20's on test, gh, igf-1, etc. will be bigger, stronger, faster, and have more endurance generally speaking if you don't take into consideration years of training specialization or experience. But, at 70 years old, I think its silly to take a ton of gear in order to push him/herself beyond their physical limitations only risking serious injury later the road. The biggest concern for these old guys should be their joints cause of the amount of stress test places on the joints and cardiovascular issues cause of the abnormal aggregation of RBC's. But, hey, I've been training all my life and currently on hormones myself. Will I continue to use them till I'm old and gray. You bet your a#%. But, I know when I get there I won't be driving the iron with the same intensity I do now cause getting surgery to repair tears or dislocations at 70+ years is extremely risky seeing that your body may not heal as fast or recover properly post op..
