What do you lift at what weight? Bench/strict curl/dead/squat RAW

Haha thats a big cut, 38 pounds, how long did it take you? im gettin ready to cut in a few months.

I started at the end of July, I went down to 185lbs pretty slow, then didn't rush to 175 to bad, but from going to 175 to 170 I feel much smaller. When I bump it up to 2500 cals a day I'll put on some size, hopefully not passed 180lbs, I still wanna try a tourny at 170 before I go back to 185 lol

Wow! Props pn that cut! I raced bikes last year, hence the screen name, and I cut down to 175. It was hard on my body and my strength went to ****. It came right back and then some when I gained the weight back this year though. If you train hard while gaining weight you will see what I mean. Get your strength up then see how much better your grappling becomes!

Thanks! I felt strong at 185 grappling but going down to 170 I feel much stronger in that weight division, I'm hoping to get to 165 and then slowly go up to 175 lean, time will tell tho lol

Weight: 167lbs
Bench: 285
Deadlift: No clue, I'd guess probably in the 300s but I can't quite tell you. Deadlifts are not a good exercise for me.
Squats: 510lbs ballpark. I set a PR in squat the otherday as a former powerlifter actually spotted my sets, getting 445 up 6 times! Clearly squats are my best exercise. My quads are huge for my size.

I'm working on getting my weight down with an up coming cut and improving on my deads and bench presses.

You guys are all lame shrugs and curls are the only two "exercises" I have been stronger than my friends at. It was all i had and now this thread has made me feel like a joke!
Shrug 405 sets of 10
curl 135 sets of 10 and felt real good about it until today! Lol
Guess i'll change up my routine and i'll challenge anyone any time to a shrug off!

Awesome #s for your weight and your age! I don't know where I'd be right now if I could lift that weight at your age. I can't squat or dead that at MY age!

Yeah a 450 raw bench! That guy is unreal but this guy is my hero!

Dennis Cieri- youtube.com/watch?v=zxIhi58AyNM

Insane!!!

Dennis is good people, i have trained with him and known him for a few years. My best dead is 650 in comp in a single ply suit, i don't have a clue what i could pull raw in shape. My best bench is in the 450 raw range. I honestly don't remember the exact number, just that it was not 455. I can't really squat due to a strange issue i have with one of my legs. I have no clue what I curl.
