Natabolic Stack / Wood Stack Are Helping Punthra Destroy Everything In Sight!!!!

It is going to get real ugly when he fires up the Epi-Strong.

Off the charts. One thing Chris had me reading is that it's not the best time to lift for power during cycle but more for volume then hit the Power workouts during PCT to enhance test recovery.. that's the tact I'm taking...

Sounds like a solid approach to me. Not sure if Pun knows how to not lift heavy.:)

nice and respectable strength Jason. how the joints, and tendons?

Every thing is feeling great! Nothing to complain about at all, i've been making sure i warm up well and make sure i keep up on my stretching. Plus i feel it's alot of luck and knowing when to back off and when to push it.

FINAL REVIEW:

Strength: When Natodrol kicked i felt my strength shoot up like crazy with a few PR's broken. This also continued on my post cycle with Formadrol, Testopro, Stoked, and Perform.

Recovery: Really impressive, as i felt like i could go heavier each set and still pump out the reps. Post cycle definitely didn't have me recovering as fast the Natadrol.

Libido: I LOVE MY WIFE!!! My libido was through the roof and never really took a drop while on this stack. Felt like a high school kid again at times, random wood here and there....LOL!

Recomp: This is where Natadrol really impressed me as it seemed to dry me out and then i started to regain my weight just leaner. I didn't even change my diet throughout this which through me for a loop.

Sleep: Fairly good, i was fairly busy and had alot going on with family issues so it was going be hard to sleep no matter what. I will mention though, that i found Ghenerate to work well for attaining a mean pump!

Overall:
I found this to be an amazing stack for strength and recomp. I think the combination of all these great products allowed me to have a great 8 weeks of hard training. PR's were broken and definitely have seen some improvements in my physique. Natadrol alone is an impressive product and anyone who uses it will very happy with its results. As for post cycle the Wood Stack and Formadrol allowed me to keep my gains amazing well. Thank you LG Sciences for choosing me to try this stack. To AI Sports Nutrition, thank you so much for allowing me to represent a company whose products i respect so much. Thanks everyone for following along, i'll post a link to my new log here soon.

I have had an amazing week of workouts this week....I think i'll post them up here later on today!

Nice job Jason!!

Excellent log and Review big guy!! Its definitely been a productive log and your strength has exploded throughout the log. Cant wait to see how you continue to progress!!

Interesting to see that your PCT was as solid as your cycle...and vice versa. I know the Swole Stack gets pretty consistent reviews. IMO, this says a lot about Natadrol then too.

I dont feel privileged. I put in the time, work, effort and diet. I make my own changes, the supplements are just a small pieces of the puzzle. Thats where most get it wrong. Ironically, I have alot of your screen name. I'm assuming you do too!?

Haha, yes! But my screen name goes way deeper I suppose. I guess my statement about supplements is that I just don't see any results from them at all. Of course training and diet is where it is at!

Ironically the better my diet and training the more response I have to supplements. :sgrin: Actually it's hard to know without a baseline how well you're responding to certain supps.

I totally agree. If you have a bad diet and training routine the supps will not help. The other problem is some people expect to do a supp for a week and get jacked and when that does not happen it is the supps fault LOL.

The problem mainly lies in that the effect of supplements is much more subtle than it is with steroids. Now that I am on Epi I can see that the margin or error is much larger than with supps and feeling the effects is much more pronounced. Even if I did not have a good diet I know I would still get some gains from this. Not as good of gains as I am now but gains none the less. Now you get people who use steroids using supps and they just don't feel them working even though the overall results for someone who knows what there doing may not be as different as some might think. I gained 5 to 7 maintainable lbs on PM and Prime for instance and will probably do around 10 12 on Epi if I am lucky. The other positive effects are quite similar and size and recomp on Epi is quite a bit better I will admit.

Alright...the past week plus this workout your workouts have been ridiculous. Very good and consistent numbers. Seems like all the gains you made from natadrol and the wood stack are not only there but your getting stronger. This is excellent.

The minute you get on epi....that's going to be just ridiculous. The strength is going to shoot up! You have your PCT ready? And its good to see that you are already loading on support supps.

I actually think my numbers are going up due to finally having someone who can kick my ass in the gym. Been a while since i've had that boost in the gym. I keep chasing and he keeps killing me. He's even suggesting a powerlifting meet possibly next year for me.

That is a scary thought that someone can kick your ass in a gym.

That's my biggest handicap...my training buddy lives in another state. We still get together once in a while but its not the same. It's harder to stay motivated while lifting by yourself...motivation is easier when you have this beast lifting with you and your trying to supercede him. Thats when some real gains happen.

I would love to see you in a powerlifting meet. And he is probably very much helping you on your form so when its time to compete your good to go.

I can actually see a training partner telling me to take it easier. I need more help with that than with motivation... I have gotten better since my injury but still catch myself overdoing it. Having a good spotter is valuable. The girls have some difficulty when I go heavy.

Here's today's chest workout....

Guillotine Barbell Bench Presses 135x10 / 185x10 / 215x10 / 245x8 (These had my chest swollen to all bloody hell!!!)

Incline Dumbbell Presses 80x8 / 100x8 / 120x6

Flat Hammer Strength Presses 180x10 / 270x8 / 320x6

Cable Crossovers 60x10 / 70x10 / 80x7 drop/ 50x8 drop/ 20x20

Hammer Curls 50x5 / 70x5 / 90x5 w/ drop 45x10

One Arm Laying Cable Concentration Curls 35x10 / 45x10 / 55x10 / 65x7

21's 70x21 / 60x21

Notes:
- plain and simple....MY CHEST IS ABSOLUTELY THRASHED!!!!
- chest was swollen to all bloody hell
- really enjoyed the cable concentration curls
- day off tomorrow but will be back in to kill it on thursday!

An Epi run is just gonna be flat out rediculous for you holmes...im feelin like a beast on this myself and my strength is going up on low low cals.

My chest and back feel like someone has hit them with a bat.....What an amazing thrashing of the muscles.

what is a guillotine BB bench?

Dream is right, it's doing a flat bench and bringing it to your throat instead of your chest. The movement is quite awkward but man did it have my chest popping!!!

Ahhh....i can now understand why the weight was kept light!! I wouldnt go heavy on that....ever lol

crazy numbers bro, looks great

Keep up the good work Jason. 120 lbs on incline after a barbell chest exercises.

what is the gullitin bench press?

Personally I dont flat bench press any more as I feel it puts way too much strain on the rotator cuff, and decline is much more effective for chest recruitment. and I am sort of a form nazi.

I would like to see you go though a workout under the supervision of Dorian Yates. Hell, I would like to do that myself.

You find the decline more effective??? Crazy, i find that exercise absolutely useless for me...Dips work way better for me! I'd love to go through a dorian workout as well.

Here's todays workout....

Shoulders / Triceps

Barbell Military Presses 135x10 / 185x10 / 215x10 / 245x7

Alternating Dumbbell Military Presses 40x10 / 55x10 / 70x10

Dumbbell Laterals 40x8 / 45x8 / 50x6 / 20x15 (Slow and ultra controlled)

Monster Band Rear Laterals 3x12 (These had my rear delts popping!!!!!!)

Plate Raise 45x12 / 45x12

Skullcrushers 115x19 / 115x15 / 115x12

Close Grip Bench Presses 135x10 / 225x6 / 185x12

Reverse Pressdowns 35x12 / 50x10 / 65x8

Notes:
- felt great today, pump was awesome and actually enjoyed the high reps on tris today
- can't wait to train legs tomorrow, this renewed enthusiasm is going to take me a long way i think
