to any pp rep. ordered dermacrine stak on october 4th havenet recieved it yet just wondering how backloged you guys are? just recieved 1 email saying my order was processed,called last week to check up talked to someone named walt, he said they were waiting for something for the pct that wasent in yet.waiting a month is crazy.can someone let ne know how long people are waiting?

As I have mentioned in other threads with queries of this nature, some of our non-discontinued products were oversold when our hormonals first became discontinued, meaning that some orders have been delayed until the former products have been restocked.

I have also mentioned that you will get TWO emails:
1. The first stating, "Your order has been processed" - this just means that we have received your order, and
2. The second stating, "Your order has been completed" - when you get this one it indicates that your order has been shipped and will include the tracking number in it.

If you want a better idea of when your order will be shipped, ring 1-800-568-2924 and you will get out through to speak to MATT.
