Alpha T-2 and sleeplessness?

Has anyone noticed problems with sleep while on alpha T-2? Ive been having some issues recently and I think this may be causing it. Im also taking erase and testopro as part of a cutting stack and have not went over the recommended doses of any of these. I've had very little caffeine and no other stims in my system...can anyone help?

When in the day do you take it?

It contains a form of yohimbine. Alpha yohimbine is SUPPOSED to have less sides, but I would start my research there.

ya....methyl synephrine would be a likely culprit too...

Either way Ive been taking it for almost a month now and although it def has great thermogenic effects I dont feel stimmed from it in the least.

In fact many times I have taken my second one cap dose prebed, to facilitate night time fat loss and release for am cardio and not had a bit of a problem.

I take it when i first wake up and then 7-8 hours later and never before bed. I guess its possible that something else is causing it. When I take two in the morning I do feel an energy boost...although its not the same as a caffeine boost. I feel like my heart beats faster.

I should mention as a child I had ADD, so different stimulants effect me differently.... I can drink a robust and it actually makes me tired.... I still get most the thermo effects and whatnot from most but its rare in kept up by the same thing.

I personally had no issues sleeping with Alpha-T2 - in fact, I STARTED being ABLE to sleep when I was using it (before I was not sleeping, or sleeping only an hour here and there). I can dose Alpha-T2 and fall asleep not long after, even later in the day - AND I dosed it with BLACK CATS, a combination that would make most people bounce off the walls. Everyone is different. Generally though, because Alpha-T2 DOES contain stimulants, it's best NOT to dose it within 6-8 hours of going to bed - otherwise it could potentially disrupt your sleep.

Typically the effects that would keep you from sleeping are gone within 5-6 hours, in me at least

Whenever I take anything with methyl synephrine, I HAVE take 3-5mg of melatonin to sleep and I'm all set. However, if you are on other medications you should check with the doc just in case. You just never know. For example, I cannot take 5-htp because it can have adverse effects with my migraine medication.

my wife has been taking the T2 stacked with Forged Burner and has not had any trouble sleeping from it...now our 3 yr old IS the cause of her not sleeping..lol

Thanks guys...I guess I will make sure to take it 6 hours after the first dose instead of 7 or 8 hours later and I will try some melatonin. I have always been very sensitive to stims when it comes to sleeping...thats why I stay away from caffeine completely.

Thought I was the only one.
Most stims actually make me drowsy for some reason.

Then again due to certain circumstances my brain chemistry has been a bit off since birth.

The AT2 gives me this calm focus and energy. Rather like a simmering stove. Keeps things warm and ready but not overly so.
