lol does it ever. Plus i've added another KB class to teach each week, and I have begun training for a new event this coming Spring as well! I will write more about it later on when I update, but here's the link
and once again my updating is POOP! I am going to post my workouts in here as a long post and not add any of the other stuff i normally add just to get myself back up to date, and then i'll resume as scheduled. I am also going to be starting a new log which is actually a very important log to me. I am going to be competing in the tough mudder in April and I want to do a training log/countdown to it. I will post the link once it's ready. At that time, it will be the ONLY log I run at the time (since I have 3 going right now)
okay so being as how things have taken a turn for the extreme worse in here, I am going to formulate my final review for ALpha T2 since I am out, and I am also out of Citruvol Ultra but I wont be reviewing that since i'm a bit biased.
Still have probably 3 weeks or so of Prime left (ive had the flu BAD the past week) and I will start using it again tomorrow.
Check out my new log PLEASE. its going to be more simple with just workout updates and some banter between gentlemen (and ladies if so inclined)...but it's a very important log to me because its going to track physical progression towards a BIG goal in April.
