NCAA, whats your carb intake like? I did Natadrol on a cut and loved it, the recovery was golden. But when I eventually lean bulk, I'd like to see strength gains you and Punthra are getting...HOt damn!

I would say i have a 40-40-20 split on carbs pro fat, 3300-4000 cals ed not very strict and i dont count beer 2 nites wk or so. I actually havnt gained or lost weight but everyone is telling me i look bigger (guys) or gooood (chicks)
 
That's funny NCAA....I've been hearing the exact same thing and i'm actually down a few pounds but my definition is definitely improving.

I should apologize for not updating this log as often as Id like. Work has been rough, moved my sister into her dorm this weekend, then partied with the freshman girls :yup:. I dont know whats up with kids these days, told everyone in her dorm my name was Andy Katzenmoyer and they were just like Hi Andy nice to meet you :dunno:. My body has been falling apart, I think I have been bulk lifting without rest for too long. I have cut the workouts to every other day and lowered the weights to save my joints.

Specific Attributes:
Alpha feeling / Confidence - Still high
Strength - Strength is awesome, its the joint pain that gets in the way
Recovery - I dont know when to stop anymore the recovery is almost instant now
Aggression - High/Normal
Appetite - High, probably cuz its football season and pizza and wings are everywhere I look
Libido - High, Im finally noticing how high my libido has really gotten since I started
Sleep Quality- Could be better, but the weather is changing and my allergies are kicking in that with some back pains and I am tossing and turning all night
Pump - Incredible, partly cuz of the higher reps Id assume
Energy levels - good
Endurance - great
Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes - Weight has stayed the same I may have put on a couple lbs of fat in the last week, diet suffered a little. Muscles are still hard and stay hard for days it seems.

Also noticed vascularity, which is always nice to see, mostly in shoulder and bicep to top of forearm inside the elbow :biggthumpup:
 
Remember guys the key to football season is Pizza, OR Wings not both!!!!!! Stick to the wings much less havoc on your composition unless it is a carb up. Be a responsible pizza eater, 2 scoops of protein powder before your first bite of pizza. Make it anabolic. That is all.

Ill take all the wisdom i cant get haha! I know its been hard to stay on track lately for me also. I have been on strict diet wheter it be a cut or a lean bulk since april with honestly only 1 cheat meal ever 2 weeks if that. And since i finished my natadrol thursday i kinda slacked off the diet this weekend a bit and feel like ive put on a few lbs, but i havent. I think since my bodys not use to eating some of the foods i have recently and i am just feeling bloated from them. But im done weekends over back on a strict diet id hate the loose anything ive worked so hard for these past few months. How much longer do you have on your natadrol?? I can say i notice a recovery difference (lack of) just in the past few days. I hit the same back routine a few days ago i did while on natadrol with just some slight weight increases and i am still SORE today! I very rarely had any noticable soreness while on it. I shouldve bought a 3rd bottle and ran it 8ks lol.

I have read other people running T911 in their pct, but for the integrity of the log I have decided not to as it is not part of the natabolic stack. I may run it during my trifecta log I have planned next.

I was thinking of t911 as well as formadrol in PCT. But since titanium is on sale for 17.99 right now i went with it. Should be here tomorrow so i can start it with the formadrol and hopefully have as nice a PCT as the natadrol run was.

Nice! That will be a SWEET log. I think you will enjoy Formadrol on it's own take them 4,3,2,1 dropping a pill a day each week take all of them at night in one dose. This is how I have been told it workse best and was how I took it. If you think that you dried out a bit on the natadrol wait until you start the Formadrol baby! If you are holding any extra water consider that stuff GONE!!!! Joints may get a little dry if you have Cissus add it in. You should start feeling the Formadrol about 4-5 days in. Abut a week in your recovery will start to improve again but not quite as good as it was on 8 caps of Nata.... Do yourself a favor even if you don't think you are shut down at all. Reach down there and get a big handfull and feel the size and fullness of your testes then wait about 7-10 days into the Formadrol and feel them again you WILL notice they are bigger. Drink lots of water the lack of Estrogen is really going to dry you out.

Yea thats what pretty much sold me on it and the profile for the price cant be beat. But who knows if ill ever get it to try it! Nutraplanets definitly dropping the ball with my last order processing it like a snail, very unusual! I am a very impatient person haha. May have to start ordering from BB.com dun dun dun now ill be negged lol.
 
Leaving for pull day workout. Been lessing the weights a bit to recover the joints time for one last burst as the bottles are running low :smite:... Maybe 3 good workouts worth left of the natadrol, expect photos to come and a solid workout log to compare beginning and end results:type:.

Yea i needed that cooldown period cuz i just went off in the gym, my shirt barely fits and it wasnt even chest day my back swelled literally an inch i think. And i feel great good to go for a killer push wo tomorrow

Thats what i like to hear! I just fnished back myself got the best lat pump ive ever had, i never really noticed them pumped before. Did you ever take any body measurements to compare to once your finished? I know i mentioned it a while back just dont remeber if you ever did or not.

Due to a cold for a couple days and the untimely passing of a former position coach, I havnt been on in a while. Today is my last day of Natadrol and it has been a great ride here is a recap

The Natadrol was amazing, I ran 10 caps ed for over 3 weeks, starting on week 3 and that was when the ball got rolling. I felt great in the gym, almost too good like I wasnt pushing myself enough. I normally run a strength/recomp style wo with reps in the 6-10 range. Once I started drop sets I couldnt get enough, the pump I felt was awesome and it lasted days. I attribute some of this to GHenerate of course but I have never ran them separate so I dont know what to thank. I guess I'll just have to thank my friends at LG Sciences for putting together a great product. I am sad the Natadrol section is over but I am excited to start the formadrol PCT and see what I can keep :mischievous:.

That reads like the review I wrote when I first ran Natadrol. It truly is a great supplement and can do amazing things for almost any type of routine being it cut/recomp/bulk. Appreciate the detailed review!!!!:drillsergeant:
 
Good stuff regarding the progress NCAA, sorry to hear about your loss though.
You are looking good in that picture it is clearer than your other ones and you look sharp. I see less sag under your chest, so it has come up and you have leaned up a bit. Good job so far. Gonna get a little sore for about a week while waiting for Formadrol to get test levels up to and actually above regular.

Has anyone else expirienced heart burn from formadrol? Its not unbearable just annoying. Just wondering if im the only one
 
Is it about 10-15 minutes after taking the caps? If so then one of the caps probably didn't go down all the way and dissolved in your eso****us. I get that every once in a while especially with pill I take before getting into bed. If not that then no, I have never had that issue.

Yea that sounds about right. It doest hurt or anything it just feels irritated, maybe 4 caps at the same time is too many i might split it into 2 at a time.

You mean take in 2 separate doses or or all 4 in one dose but 2 swallows? I have been told Formadrol is best taken all at night before bed.

First week of PCT. No noticable drop in test, libido or anything. 2-3 days in I noticed I was peeing alot :Flush: . Drying me out again I would guess. I guess its working because my strength is still high :fing02:. Acne seems higher, I would say its mild and it could be from the weather, or lack of sunshine

Its a machine like those tbar row machines but theres a pad at a 45ish degree angle for chest support

I damn near shat my pants when the Raiders actually managed to beat the Chargers after a 13 game losing streak to that team. I'm not used to seeing things turn in the Raiders favor, I think I have to sit down just thinking about it.
 
Sorry flex I cant refer to that team by name but yea, I like the fact that the cracked the top 25 with the 120th ranked pass D. btw theres exactly 120 team in the football bowl subdivision

My browns fell apart at the ankles... literally, payton hillis, seneca wallace, jake delhomme all had ankle injuries, well hillis might have been hip but same thing.
 
Nice 6 week review, are you still seeing some strength increases? How are DOMS since going off the Natadrol?
