Recomp stack help

I'm looking for advice/help for a good stack. My goal is to lower my BF while adding muscle vascularity and some size. I have not run a real PH cycle other than LG Trifecta (which is very mild)

I have heard good news from hdrol/11-oxo but that's really it. Any other stacks?

Im 22 years old 5'10" and 185lbs or so with or approx 10%BF. What would be a good stack for dry gains and fat loss. Most importantly I am do cardio a lot and don't want something that will hurt my cardio/ cause pumps that make running painful. (if it helps cardio all the better)

Yes I know diet is important, and mine is as spot on for a college kid as i can.
 
if you go with an AI stack i would say you should def add some HGHpro to your stack.

just ran a mini log for HGHpro, it really help me get some deep sleep, increase my strength, and also helped my body recover after intense lifts

HGHpro is a great part of any stack just for that reason alone.
 
I would avoid hdrol, I was never a fan, much better stuff out there, but I don't see the point in using AAS to cut for 4 weeks. I would recommend something like TT33 to stimulate metabolism, and a nutrient partitioner like anabolic pump to make use of what you are eating. One force feeds your muscles, while the other burns the left overs. Both are very ideal for a recomp IMO.

Go with something natural...I would use Erase and a test booster (TCF-1, Testopro, etc). Increase test, lower estrogen and cortisol...badda bing badda boom
 
ive done that before 2 times. results were good. I have been training for about 4-5 years now and want to break my plateau that ive been at for the past 6 months with all my lifts. Im using the primordial performance turbinabol muscle stack w/ dermacrine

Turinabol is a real prohormone...I hope you have a PCT set up

I am very interested to know what the better stuff is than H-drol for a recomp. I do like the idea about the anabolic pump and TT-33. Currently on anabolic pump whilst trying to gain a little muscle and lose fat, so you think TT-33 won't limit the gains in any way.

I am in the same situation as you man I'm 21 5'7 155 around 10% BF....I just ordered the Fat Loss Stack by PP + Turinabol Stack by PP + AndroHard by PP. PCT is included in the Turinabol Stack. I also take CLA and Jack3d by USP Labs. I eat just below maintenance and workout 4-5 times a week depending on how much school work I have. I have lost some strength b/c I have really been trying to just keep cutting fat since the start of Summer. My ultimate goal is to try to get down to 5-6% BF without steroids. Hopefully my new stack will put me there. It is a 2.5-3month stack and I hope to still be benching 235-240 by the end of it while weighing 145 with 5=6% BF. I think it is a reachable goal with this stack and my current diet and w/o program. PP is having a massive sale on PH due to discontinuation so in total it all cost me $300 for 3 months of products. Pretty good! I'd appreciate it if people could provide me feedback on what they think of my supp status and goals. I'm somewhat new to all of this. I've always worked out very hard for sports but kinda new to the BB scene so i'm somewhat in need of some schooling/mentoring. Thanks!
 
yes i know its a prohormone. the stack contains a fairly comprehensive amount of pct, supports, and directions.

anabolic pump did absolutely nothing at all for me. i know everyone reacts differently but i have never had good results with USP labs supps
 
James...worth trying a different nutrient repartitioner though. Glycobol is another good one, as is recompradrol.

Brosinski, Turinabol is a steroid holmes..at your weight and BF%, I would start eating more, PERIOD. Losing strength while dieting happens..its hard to maintain crazy strength on less than 2000 calories a day let alone size...I'm assuming you're an ecto; with that said you need to eat. You will gain some size on Turinabol, but if you dont eat right to support it, when you come off, you will lose most of the gains..EAT BROSINSKI!

Hi, great question... I would suggest something along the lines of Need2SLin and Superdrol or Epistane, and a good anti-oxidant (perhaps greens blend powder) to assist you in your specific goals.
 
Add in ASGT. It'll help control estrogen, won't interfere with cardio (in fact it's great for endurance), and it'll help you recomp.

By not means will TT33 limit your gains if used appropriately at 2 caps a day. It will only enhance protein synthesis; many use t3/t4 for this purpose on anabolic cycles to build mass; it will also increase metabolism and negate fat gain.

sustain alpha
endoamp max
activate extreme...new version
need 2 slin

its got all you need
insulin control
cortisol control
testosterone boost
free testosterone boosting
GH boosting
libido boost
all you need my man

Erase (1 AM 1 PM) - Decrease estrogen, cortisol, increase testosterone
SlinSane (recommended dose) - insulin control
Testopro or TCF-1 (recommended dose) - more testosterone increase

If you had more money to spend, I would add some EndoAmp Max as well.

that stack does look very good, but its a lot of money to buy it all separately. the stack offered by primoridal had everything packaged together and a 30% sale on it...couldn't resist
 
The Natabolic Stack is a very nice stack to run for recomp and you can not beat the price. Lots of good logs out for this stack right now.

Aye mate. The Trifecta is equally as effective. I have personal logs to prove it..

Recomped with this and it worked amazingly well, especially if you throw in a stim/fat burner like OEP or maybe ECA. Stay away from the PH/DS until you have more mass on your frame. Once you stop making any progress after 3-6 months of hard training with proper diet, then CONSIDER that route. Before you do anything, make sure you do your research as well!
