Pre Workout- one and a half scoops of whey with cup of strawberries, Beta Stax
-This looks good

Post Workout-two and a half scoops whey protein
-Take your brown rice from meal five and put it here

Meal 3-grilled chicken breast, half cup low fat cottage cheese, half cup brown rice, beta stax
-You could keep this meal or replace the brown rice with broccoli or a type of green veggie.

Meal 4-four egg whites
-Add some fat to this meal, scoop PB, 2 or 3 sticks of low fat string cheese and make 1 of those eggs whole.

Meal 5-Grilled chicken breast, half cup low fat cottage cheese, half cup brown rice, cup brocolli, 1 scoop whey protein
-Take out the brown rice and whey protein

Meal 6- two tbsp natural peanut butter, low fat string cheese
-This meal looks a little low in protein..id add in the scoop of whey from meal 5 to this meal. Mixing it with the peanutbutter and adding water makes for a nice treat.

Changes i made are in bold under the meal

Switch out the strawberries for oats preworkout. Berries are fine here also.

Post Workout-two and a half scoops whey protein

Especially because your workout is eary in the day you could add the berries in here or more oats. But I actually like simply WPI in water PWO.

Meal 3-grilled chicken breast, half cup low fat cottage cheese, half cup brown rice, beta stax

Cut the cottage cheese, add more chicken if you have to.

Meal 4-four egg whites

This needs much more protein. You need probably double that at least.

Meal 5-Grilled chicken breast, half cup low fat cottage cheese, half cup brown rice, cup brocolli, 1 scoop whey protein

Same suggestion as meal #3; stick with whey or chicken also. Cut the rice out or move it to an earlier meal in the day if you want to.

Meal 6- two tbsp natural peanut butter, low fat string cheese

Cut out the string cheese. Add back in cottage cheese here from your other meals if you really want it. Otherwise go with NPB and whey isolate.

Yes. I always recommend cardio while dieting. Even if you have a fast metabolism some low intensity cardio will be good for your overall health especially blood pressure, lipid profiles, caloric assimilation, etc. etc. Start with a few times a week, and increase the duration a few times before adding sessions. Add time and/or sessions to your cardio as needed.
