Yo!
For those that don't know me my name is josepth. My am name is 10bathrooms,
I'm 20 years old and love the sport of bodybuilding!
This will be my 3rd log here at am, and I'm really excited to log this product. The profile of onslaught is amazing ( thanks to gamer we should have a write up and link to the product posted up soon )
This won't be a crazy anabolic steroid log, onslaught is protein complex.
With a WHOLE lot of other goodies blended in.
My goals are to
1) Push the limits of natural growth
2) Continue to get stronger everyday
3) Spawn off an inspiring after pic
With that being said, its time to shed some light on my stats
187 lbs
5'9
Medium build

I will have some before pics up asap.
 
Other supps I will be taking are:
Unflavored creatine mono
Whey protein isolate
Anabolic pump - 10 days on
Powerfull - 10 days on
Multi vitamin
Flax seed
Fish oil
Pink magic - 5 days left
Super cissus rx - 5 days left
 
Dosing protocols:
Protein shake coctail - 2 scoops whey isolate, 2 raw eggs, half cup oats, 5g creatine mono - morning
Anabolic pump - with meal
Powerful- 15 minutes pre wo
Jack3d - 30 minutes pre wo
Onslaught - within an hour post wo
Anabolic pump - with meal
powerful - 2 caps before bed on empty stomach

Other supps weren't mentioned bc either they are direct staples or will not be relevant bc they are close to bottem of the bottle

Glad to have you here man, this will be the first need to log/ brutal alchemy product I've had expereince with, but I love protein, and can't to get to the bottem of the container so I can put an honest review together

Nice man. I would suggest doing T-bars second, because that's your second biggest lift next to deads, but good stuff nonetheless.

Great stuff, don't wanna get to much into bc I wanna accumalte a good amount tasteful info on the product for final review, I will say for now I'm loving the taste though

None of them in a dose that will have any measurable effects. Seriously, 25mg of ALA? That'll do nothing. Seems like another crappy, unimaginative product that you can find anywhere.

They had to put only 25mg ala and other stuff short like that bc if it would go even 1mg over my biceps would explode leaving behind an all consuming black hole wich will result in the whole universe being destroyed,...... Now you don't wanna see the universe get destroyed do you?

they must have had a reason for including it-otherwise they would have just used a prop blend and not even listed amounts of ingredients-give them a little credit for manning up and not using f'ing beatchass prop blend.

last time i flew the ground disapeared to be replaced with water-manila-chicago! got off the plane at ohare in january, wearing shorts/tee shirt and flip flops, lol. i looked so out of place they sent me downstairs for a strip search-and this was before 911.

you know what-this is honest truth-they checked the heels of my flip flops to see if anything was hidden in them. and this was way before 911!!! thank God no cavity search!!!!



word of advice-don't go through international customs at ohare in january wearing shorts/tee shirt and flip flops.
 
Haha that's crazy I will take the advice though lol,flip flop heel?! Sounds like drug search cept for them really sneaky folks hiding ar 15's in there flip flops, I never understood how they do it

Ha, they thought it was weird you were wearing shorts? Well, I guess I always do where the attire of the place I'm going to, and not coming from. Well what am I saying, I wear shorts all year anyway.
