Need2slin time to cut FAT!!!

Hi everybody,this will be my first log on this forum,I am 37 years old and got pic to try this repartitioner and help me cut fat and keep muscle ,My weight is 215lbs and about 20%bf ,I will love after this 30 days go down to at least 205lbs and reduce bf,the other supplements are the regulars ,fish oil ,multivitamin,whey protein,and i have several samples of prewokouts and creatine mono,hope to received Need2slin sometime next week and get the party started!!!!:sombrero:

:bigok:My training is this:Tuesday is legs,quads,hams,calves,and traps to have something done on the upper body.Wednesday is shoulders(heavy) 4 to 6 reps,high reps for triceps,and 20 minutes HIIT cardio.Thursday off,and friday chest (Heavy) or pyramid sets,and triceps and 20 minutes HIIT cardio.Friday is back and biceps,follow by 30 minutes of steady pace cardio.Sunday I usually do a light full body workout follow by 30 minutes of cardio,monday usually i take a rest mainly ,because mondays are usually busy at the gym,I guess everybody feels the guilt of eating a LOT on the weekend and they all show up at the gym..LOL!!..My diet will be high protein,low fat and moderate carbs,make sure I get at least 40 grams of carbs after I take Need2slin..

Thanks bro!!nothing better like the help of the experts!!I giving you my routine today,got uo and sundays ,I do a arms,abs,and cardio day with a almost empty stomach ,i still have like 5 samples of vpx noshotgun,took a serving before hitting the gym.As I am typing this words I allready came back from the gym and took 2 caps of Need2slin before my post workout meal wich will be 3 whole eggs,1 cup of broccoli,2 slices of turkey breast,adding 1 cup of milk and 1 spoon of peanut butter to add more carbs to it;2 or 3 hours later 1 cup of greek yogurth,2 hours later,a protein shake,plus 1 apple,and before dinner,2 caps of Need2slin,my diiner will be 1 or 2 cups of whole grain spaghetti and 4 oz round steak,let me know what do you think,and thanks again!!:type:

Is this what you eat all day?

This is not much food at all and could result into weight loss but it could be mainly muscle.

No ,I eat more is just that onthe weekends I do not get that hungry!!,today I meals were this:Need2slin 2 caps ,before brealfast ,then 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 banana ,1 spoon of peanut butter,1 scoop of whey protein and 1 cup of milk,later 1 cup of greek yogurth,lunch was 6 oz of chicken breast with 1 cup of spinach ,1 slice of swiss chese,and 2 slices of whole wheat bread,and 1 banana,2 hours later 1 scoop of whey protein,later 2 caps of Need2slin before dinner follow by 2 cups of whole wheat spagheti,with 6oz,of loin pork chop,,before going to bed 1 cup of cottage chesse.

forget to add my post workout shake to around 50 gm of protein,,and for some reason ,i have not lose weight !!
 
I weight myself and ,I am now at 219lbs same bf%,mygoal is lose bf,I am not worry that much on my weight,Conrad,lay me out a sample diet,i am open to a new diet,??

I got my shoulders ,traps workout,follow by 20 HIIT CARDIO, still feeling good,took the day off ,and tomorrow will do my chest,triceps,30 minutes cardio day,recovery is better and sunday morning will measure my BF % TO SEE ANY CHANGES,last week ,I was at 19.5%,

I started with 10 minutes on the stationary bike ,to warm up ,then strech for 5 minutes,felt good energized,then my first squat at 135 12 reps,2nd 225 for 8 reps,then 275lbs for almost 4 reps and i get a little pain on my inner leg,I tried to back up the weight to 225 and did 2 reps and the pain did not went away,so I decided to back up the heavy lifting ,and went the easy rout of leg presses,leg extensions,calvs on light weight and high reps,then some abs work,hope tomorrow that is my shoulders w-out will be better and for cardio and work on my legs Iwill do 30 minutes of stair stepper!!:type:
