This was one of those workouts that I went by feel. Needless to say, I wont be walking for a while
Box Squats (12 sets) 3 sets @ 315lbs 5 reps
Front squats (6 sets) 175lbs 8 reps (I hate these)
Standing calf raises (7 sets) 275lbs 10 reps
Felt good, strength was solid, and I did not want to stop. I was just concerned that I would overtrain.
Have one week left on proto, and then will be heading to natabolic. So I am going to start my Nata tomorrow.
Man I hate front squats too :lol: ...Looks like you had a solid workout for legs tho :jaw:
I got legs this Sunday, so I'm gonna man up and get the front squats in 1st, lol.
