Can I run this stack by you? advice please!

I am currently resting a sore shoulder but after a few weeks i want to go in a different direction with my training. I am in good shape, very strong but my training has been really very casual for years, i train very hard and have the strenghth to show it but when i get back into it I want to start data logging everything, gym sessions, diet etc.

Anyways for now here is a list of my current stack:

Mornings:
GNC tripple Fish oil
Orange Triad
USP Super cissus

Pre workout:
5 tablets Blue Gene
White Flood
Green Mag
1 scoop Glycegrow

Intra workout:
Purple Wrath
2 scoops Glycegrow

Post workout:
40G ON 100% Whey
and usually some sort of sugar, apple etc.

Orange Triad with dinner

ON Casein shake before bed.

At least 1 gallon water daily and typically 7-9 hours of sleep nightly.

My diet right now is a bit dirty, too much sugar and a bit to much social drinking however while I'm nursing this shoulder I'm not too concerned with it. Summers for me are typically pretty kick back anyway, which brings me too the end of the summer, early fall when i like to really get back at it.

So with that in mind this is what I'm thinking:

Adding The Trifecta stack to my current stack and adding TCF-1 to my PCT.

Does this sound like it would work together nicely?

With the exception of a few bottles of DTHC a few years ago I have never really taken any of the more intense supps, I loved DTHC but noticed i had a bit of anxiety post use, probably because i wasn;t taking it correctly and not stacking it, i basically just took the pills daily and for waaay to long without a break.

I think these guys have already answered your question, but I'd like to provide some other feedback.

your post workout meal should have some easily digested protein (whey) and simple carbohydrates. from my understanding fructose won't give you the desired insulin spike...especially from something like an apple (more starch and fiber). I like to use WMS, but I've also resorted to using honey in the past.

also, I'd recommend adding some creatine into the post workout mix.

currently, I'm using torrent as my post workout recovery shake...LOVE this stuff!

I have tons of Higher Power Creatine Mono, I will start adding a tsp to my post whey shake. I was figuring my CL GM was going to cover all my creatine needs?

How about gummy bears for the insulin spike? i have heard of this in the past due to them having a perfect blend of sugar.

The trifecta stack is prohormones???

If that's the case, I would save the Blue GENE for your PCT.
It may improve workouts here and there, but it's meant to optimize your natural hormone levels.

The rest of the stack looks great, though!!!

Trifecta is DHEA.
You could get by without a PCT IMO..

Both Methyl 1-D and Methyl Masterdrol contain DHEA derivatives (i.e. DHEA Ethanoate Ester)... Not just plain ol' DHEA...

It might not be Superdrol (anymore), but it can still be mildly suppressive. Plus, there's really no reason not to run a proper PCT, the Trifecta Stack comes with Formadrol Xtreme included.

Thanks for all the info guys, The superdrol sounds awesome but definetley need to do some research prior to jumping into that.

Right now I am timing a 4 week layoff of BG prior to Novemeber 1st when i commence the Trifecta stack. the last week of the trifecta stack i will introduce BG and then Formadrol xtreme and TCF-1 for an 8 week run.

should be fun.

Also I bought some NP DAA because of the price. Have no plan for it yet. Does anyone have any recomendations for it? maybe as icing on the cake now, or wait till later? I would need to run an AI with it also correct? or will BG do the trick?

Sorry for all the noob questions, but suplementation is somewhat new to me with the exception of a some Andro back in the day, a brief cycle of DTHC and the usual protien, creatine etc etc!

Ya, initially I did not see the trifecta up there. You should save it for PCT.

And trifecta is so mildly suppressive that your HPTA would make 100% recovery alone, and probably within a week lol..

Blue Gene is not an AI per say, but it has ingredients that act as an AI, so it should keep any excess estrogen in check, ESPECIALLY from DAA

Ehh, I wouldn't generalize a person's reaction (especially to a hormonal compound)... I'd much rather be safe than sorry.
 
Def add more carbs post workout besides just fruit. A combination of fruit, oats, and some simple sugar like dextrose or even maltodextrin (not much of either, ~20g) would be perfect.

As for the trifecta stack, you can go ahead and do it, but results do range widely between users. Dont expect steroid or ph like effects from it. However, it should work nicely with you and your nursing shoulder.

How about this?

I'm already 199lbs (13%) and shouldn't have a problem hitting 210lbs (14-15%) this winter once i increase my calories. What if i just forget about the Trifecta stack and optimize what i have?

I think my lack of strict diet right now is leaving more on the table, If i clean it up i should be able to get where i want without Trifecta.

If you were in my shoes how would you run those three?

Keep in mind I'm still taking all the stuff posted in the original post.

the origional stack looks really solid but insteade of the trifeca stack i would thing a mild ph like epi or h-drol would be more beneficial then a serm or otc ai along with tcf 1 would be a sufficient pct

Dont worry about ph's yet; if your diet isnt strict you wont benefit too much off of them.

Concentrate on diet now. After you get to a point where you feel comfortable with it then think about running those compounds.

Run the trifecta, but you might want an extra bottle of m1-d and possible mmv3. Great stuff though, im taking it right now.

Isn't TCF-1 just another form of DAA?

I am definetley liking this current stack. I just finnished up my first 12 days of TCF-1 and I'm on day 17 of my second 2-bottle cycle of BG and I am definetly feeling it in the gym. Libido slightly droped during my 2 week off from BG but now it's kicked back up again and my workouts are intense. I havent been going as heavy as usual but have been repping the hell out of my 85% max across the board with the exception of Bench press due to my nagging shoulder.

At this point I dont see any reason to change up my stack other than adding CL OO!

Some people here will argue that it's only safe to take the "higher quality" fish oil you will pay more for. I don't think any brand is going to sell me fish oil with heavy metals in their products so i'm not too picky on what i buy. One guy gave me advice and said, "Go to CVS and find it buy one get one."

I'm sure CL has good fish oil too, though :)
