A lil' Something for the Ladies: Topical Cellulite/Adipose Reduction

Outstanding

Well-known member
Alpha men,

It was quite ironic to me, that after years of painstaking laborious research, I realized my knowledge base has a massive black-hole where female fitness and drug/nutraceutical use is concerned. I suppose my endeavoring to stretch my sleeves and dig out my abs over all this time has been done with tunnel vision selfishness.

A new client I have signed shows a huge amount of potential as a figure athlete, and has the experience and drive to do so. Normally, the select few female athletes I have worked with, have all been 'clones' of each other, simply wanting to get in shape or transform their physique for a wedding or similar event - so I haven't been forced to expand my horizons beyond the applicable science I have attained over time that can be implemented by males or females alike.

Until Genomyx drops the heavy hammer of their forthcoming product 'reincarnation,' I am at a sticking point for ideas, and the clock is ticking. Of the current market offerings, what is the absolute most aggressive and effective trans-dermal carrier designed to elicit maximum fat loss and topical site specific re-composition?

I have research AmiLEAN, SAN's Lipo Redux, and the possibility of manufacturing my own product based off of DMSO or other carriers, but just don't want to invest the time.

Please help me with any suggestions, so that I can supply something that is scientifically sound and will exhibit measurable results, thanks my fellow AM-warriors! :)

"Female fitness" is not a lot different to that of a male! The same nutrition and training and supplementation methods, etc. all work. The ONLY thing I do not think suitable for a female is the use of hormonal supplements, though - everything else is fine.

Get them to get their NUTRITION AND TRAINING right, and increase their circulation - that's HOW you get rid of cellulite. cellulite is like any other fat and is lost the same way.

Whatever works for a male is going to work for a female. I have used myriad topicals. My favourite (and the most effective, IMO) is DermaTherm, but that's no longer available. The other two products I recommend are either Eviscerate or LipoBURN. (You can read my reviews on each product in the relevant company subforum).

As far as topicals that can help - unless she's already relatively lean, then she's wasting her time using them. If she's within 1-2% bodyfat of her goal body composition, then that's when you incorporate a topical - but remember that topicals are NOT magic pills. And do note that no topical, regardless of what it says, is site-specific, and will work SYSTEMICALLY re fat loss.

Sums it up right there. I always like to read your answers :)

I know sometimes females may seem like a completely different species from a far away planet (I think of my woman as I say this lol), they are human too. What works for the human body will work across genders... unless they are hormonal supplements like Rosie said.

Thanks for the post and direction - your comments about female fitness not differing from male fitness really resonate with me, and physiologically it makes absolute sense (aside from exogenous hormonal manipulation, as mentioned).

Of course I would never break my own cardinal rule of nutrition and training first, and would never entertain the prospect of using a trans-dermal lipolytic aid if the client's physique was not already near their nucleus of ambition.

I am very eager for Eviscerate to be re-released by Genomyx, it can be used across my client gauntlet as well as in my personal endeavoring to compete in the NPC.

Let me understend, you guys are saying is that somebody like me who is 20% bodyfat ,will not respond well to a topical??just learning from you the experts...

So many people think that females and males need to eat and train differently for results - a very popular MISconception.

Awesome to hear. Many trainers use the easy route and suggest supplements and products for anything and everything - they're not really serving their clients justice.

Yes, Eviscerate is the shiznit. I'm lucky to have a bottle sitting in my room waiting for me to use for my second competition preparation :veryhappy:

Any answer for my question???:sombrero:

It's not that you won't respond - it's that it will not show as being effective. Fat burners and topicals are really designed with the ALREADY relatively lean (i.e. 8-10% bodyfat for a male, and 12-15% bodyfat for a female) individual in mind, to help them get that little bit leaner. An individual at 20% bodyfat will see little results compared to an individual at 10% bodyfat using the same product for the same period of time.

At 20% bodyfat, you're better off concentrating on your NUTRITION AND TRAINING - I recommend that you read Invalid Link Removed (and the articles within the article - there are several links) for a more complete and comprehensive coverage of nutrition, supplementation, and training for fat loss.
