E + C + Alpha t-2 dosing

Ok going to start this stack in a couple weeks, was wanting to get some input on what you guys think would be the best way to dose this..


12.5 E + 200 C + 2 alpha t-2 10:30 am
12.5 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 6:30 pm
or
12.5 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 10:30 am
12.5 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 3:30 pm
12.5 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 9:00 pm (preworkout)
or
something different
 
I am not sure what is in alpha t-2, but bump your e up to 25mg per dose if you take 200mg c with it, if you really want to space things out go 12.5 e 100 c every 3-4 hours...don't forget to add in 81mg aspirin each time you take ec

start by taking 25 mg every other day of ec with 1-200mg caffeine and 81 Asa. afer 2 weeks bump up to 50mg...u can dose another 25mg later if u so desire.


prepare to sweat!!!
 
you can low dose ephedrine at 12.5mg 3x a day and get results with less sides. it worked for me. just that you only need 100mg of caffeine, unless you really like 200. i personally dose 200mg with my pre-workouts with 12.5mg but 100mg the other times.

here is what im thinking

1st 2-3 days
12.5 E + 100 C + 2 alpha t-2 10:30 am

then rest of the week
12.5 E + 100 C + 1 alpha t-2 10:30 am
12.5 E + 100 C + 1 alpha t-2 3:30 pm
12.5 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 9:00 pm (pre-workout)

then 2nd week
25 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 10:30 am
25 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 3:30 pm
25 E + 200 C + 1 alpha t-2 9:00 pm

take a week off then start back where i left off for two weeks

started E + C + Alpha+ 6 bromo 7/31/2010
weight - 184

as of 8/4/2010 i was 182 last time i weighed..

So down 6lbs in 1 1/2 weeks, of coarse some of that is water weight, but i am really starting to lean out.. I have big expectation for the end of this.. great stuff so far..:bigok:
 
Alright i got about 12 days left of this stack, so that puts it ending on 8-24. I think im just going to run rite thru without the week off, then pick things back up again.. Going to order me some more Alpha t-2 and do the Ephedrine, Caffeine thing again but in addition introduce some lean xtreme into the equation.. Start this on 9-5-2010 and at the end of that cycle should complete my cut...and then get ready to start putting on some lean poundage again... Also if the ERASE stuff is out i may pick some of that up as well to run with the next stack..
