I am stopping short of failure, and sine coming back from a shoulder injury, being below maintenance calories, a lot of cardio, I am not really going to failure much this "pre-contest" , maybe once in a blue moon on body parts that lag in comparison to other body parts. (Also not focused on beating my previous numbers like the past Dc training off-season)
