I will be back in the water myself once the semester starts. Stealing a few of your swims. Will add jumping out of the pool every other lap just to do some crunches and push-ups. Total kill interval training going to happen. Going to add this as part of a... dare I say the word... cut... shhhhhhhh more just a sexy recomp... yeah that's it... lol

crunches and pushups HAH! I just came up with your torture. Wheel of Death Burpee Style! Extend out from standing like regular wheel of death, pull wheel back to under chest lower to wheel push up then jump squat with wheel overhead. Ah nothing like a leg workout to start out the week... The fact I could barely walk down the steps in the gym when I was done pretty much sums it up as to the intensity. That and my legs were so pumped they could only stay straight, being the knee was close to out of the question.

Calf raises (in leg press) - 270x20, 360x15, 360x15, 360x15
Leg Press - 360x12, 500x12, 520x12, 520x12, 520x12 At this point I was about ready to die, legs were on fire but there was more work to be done!
Leg Extensions - 140x10, 200x10, 220x10, 220x10, 220x10
Leg Curls - 100x10, 120x10, 120x10, 120x8 hammies had enough but happy I got as many sets as I did.
Out of Postal so got home, had two scoops of NutraPro w/ 2% milk then had to head off to a meeting. Walking up the stairs to out apartment was funny, I had to hold the damn hand rail... really? So my knew leg schematic is working I think, missed that feeling of my legs being completely useless after a workout.
NO Infuse - First time I managed to get a legit pump in my legs, they just don't like to get pumped unless I front load a workout with P-Slin and about 100+ grams of CHO. The 30 sprays really had my quads tightening up and swolen, flexing was out of the question since all that was there was a overly swolen quad. Very impressed with NO Infuse, really adds a fun dynamic to the workout for me since pumps don't come easily to me and with NO Infuse I am getting them on the regular.

Damn Sweet Fin! Well done. Try ex-foliating in the shower and I bet you can lower the amount of pumps it takes to get the same effect. I am going to trim up my body hair is at a ridiculous length of close to an inch long and I know it is getting in the way of it all getting on the skin on my chest.
Do you just put it on or do you rub it in a little? I find I get better results rubbing it in a little after spraying.
There is some rubbing in going on and I have very little body hair with the exception being legs so that is not an issue for me. I am sure that if I exfoliate that may help with absorption... may have to try that tomorrow morning and see if I notice a difference when I do my chest workout.
