Will a mild GH boost do anything for injuries.

We all know that athletes use GH for injury healing, but has any one felt any healing while using GH supps, or boosting GH with diet tricks?

i think thats mainly the igf-1... doubt supplements will do much for recovery in that aspect, just being realistic

Actually, MrBigPR claimed I-GH-1 and GHenerate rebuilt his shoulder.. There is a thread on this in the LG section.

Im looking at this product. You guys think it's something a 24 year old should take? The reviews make it sound like it's gonna work two well for my age.

I wouldn't have hard feelings if an 18 year old wanted to take it, to be honest. I'd say go for it. Just be reasonable in your expectations.

Im not really worried about this product hurting me now, but I just try to play things extra safe. You never know if somethings gonna haunt you in your fiftees or sixtees. Having said that, I think Ill brake my safety rule with this product.

They sell the 2 products together for 30 bucks at a certain website. Good deal! last you about 2 months.

yeah.but nothing significant.probably recover faster from the better sleep but not to the injury itself.

Since every GH sup seems to be a sleep enhancer, I wonder if the inhanced muscle relaxation from relaxed sleep is part of what causes the healing.

Once again I think this is a case of people having more expectations of supplements, than one should have of steroids/peptides haha.

im logging this too

and while sleep has been great on this stack ive experienced no additional recovery benefits, my shoulder would def appreciate some additional recovery

If it doesnt improve soon, im gonna go with the real deal

Be aware though. Ive read that too much GH can actually hurt joints somehow.

It may take a month for you to get peak GH output from the products..
