Study on Cocoa and Weight Loss.

I'm eating these chocolates called xocai my girlfriend got me on my sd/epi cycle for the blood pressure, pro biotics for digestion, anti oxidants for god knows what lol, and for the lipid help. These chocolates are supposedly raw cacao chocolate so they are ridiculously healthy. Taste pretty good too. As a support supp, I love them.

This is for 3 squares. It's recommended to eat 3 a day. Not bad at all with the sugar. Good saturated fats. The stuff is a killer support supp. 15 300 ORAC.. I think that's how they measure anti oxidants or some crap I wasn't listening to my gf lol.

She was also gonna give me ones with fish oil in them (you can't taste it) lol. But I was dosing fish oil so high I went with the probiotic ones for digestion help with the amount of protein I'm eating.
