LG's Natadrol, ASGT+AP, and Testopro

Flex sorry to have been out of here for so long been real busy lately. You are looking good Bro! Rotate your arms back a little so your fists are behind your ears on the rear double biceps and you will be able to see the swell of the biceps. It is just a matter of angles. You also want your arms up a little higher so the bicep peaks are higher than the shoulders giving the illusion of being bigger as well as really showing the sweep of your lats.

Your traps look pretty good to me, I can see them sticking out showing thickness they will separate more and square off more as you get leaner. You are looking sharp man keep this train a moving along!

No worries bigman. Thanks for the advice. I'm workin on getting a dietician, and a posing coach. I have some leads so very exciting there. We'll see what happens but Im turning my corner. $hit is melting off now and its getting exciting daily.

Why do you need a dietician?

Id tell you the real reason, but you're wearin a Yankee hat..Sorry PR it was nice knowin ya holmes.. j/k

I think if I can get into single digits, great. But getting down from 9.9 to 5 or less might take more help...I dunno..just keepin my options open. I dont wanna leave any stone unturned specially if Im to compete in 5 mos.

I've been a Yankee fan since I was 5, plus I grew up in the city.

If u feel u need to waste money on a dietician that's crazy. Between all the knowledge on this board and what you've already accomplished you should be good to go. Look at DW, Kleen among others. Have you seen Kleen's before pics? He's had an amazing transformation.

Just messin with ya on the Yankee thing. Ive been a Boston fan since I can remember as well.

My inclination to possibly add a dietician to the mix isnt because of lack of knowledge on this board and I was in NO way implying that. However, sometimes face to face and reassurance are all I need to move forward. I dunno man, this is just part of my road. Which way do I turn? I dont think theres a wrong turn here, I think we just need to stay tuned :) You lookin good in that AVI bro!

I guess the important thing yall should know is that my original 12 weeks I was hungry...I cruised for a bit thereafter..but now Im hungrier again more than ever. Another 2-3 mos I cant wait to see the results..

Thanks bro...I'm slowly getting back to where I was.

Hit me up on PM if you wanna chat. I'm currently recomping slowly from 9.6% to about 6-7 Ish %.

Natadrol

I'd like to add some notes on Natadrol.

First and foremost, Weeks 1-3 I didn't get much initially. Dosing 6 caps per day btw.

Well Im in week 4 and I'm finally feeling the benefits. For one, I've leaned out nicely. Still dropping BF while maintaining LBM. Secondly, my recovery is way up. My leg workout this week was brutal and I'm friggin ecstatic that I have no soreness at all. Lastly, I'm experiencing some muscle hardness as well. Strength has been slowly declining because of my diet and caloric deficit but my strength on core lifts have maintained or have gone up slightly. Volume hasnt improved.

I still have another week and half left so I'm expecting good things from here. When I do another run of Natadrol, I'll be dosing at 8 per day, I think that'll be better for my situation at the moment.

Thanks man. Sometimes I'm reluctant cuz I know everyones busy and I pretty much ask the same $hit to make sure I'm on the right track, lol..

Yall have been here from the beginning; I'll never forget that.

Flex,

I would use the money on posing coach, and maybe for someone to help you with your last two weeks of the approach that being peak week but I think you can do it on your own if the money situation is tight. If you have the money then by all means, but if not then just pick your plan for the cut and go with it. I prefer low carb on competition prep with refeeds but that is just my preference. I don't have the attention span to come up with 15 different meals for a variety of different carb sources. I like to get certain meals and repeat them throughout the day. Obviously I pick different meat sources and fill in the fats I need then eat greens for carbs. I also have 2-3 protein shakes a day with an ounce of almonds. I know now that my diet was so in check I could have competed on any day from a month out up to contest day and done well. Was some confidence issues but looking back now I looked better than most of the guys on stage a month out. Had I have been full that day I still think I would have had at least a second place finish and if I were better at posing maybe the whole enchilada. You have to remember that I went into an Advanced Level on my first show and the guys there really knew how to pose. It is all a learning lesson.

Anyway I can help out I will. Your show isn't until October or November right?

It is. I have some reluctance I need to get over though. I'm not doubting my progress; I'm just 16 weeks out now. Times ticking...and I cant say I feel confident in where Im at without really burnin myself out.

-So 3 more days on Natadrol then hittin the Hdrol. Kinda wish it kicked in for me quicker. Got a great lean effect, strength has maintained nicely and lost BF. I'll post my result numbers at the end of this week.

Nice work, coming from 12 to 5% in 16 weeks is definitely doable. The canges to your physique once you get under 10% are so abrupt. I am not saying the rate of loss increases but aesthetically the difference a pound or two a week makes is HUGE in appearance once you get down into the single digits. Then your confidence will begin to come up so you are more comfortable. Do what you need to do though to feel confident in what you are doing. If you get a good nutritionist with good experience with body builders then you can learn a ton. Skip LaCour has a DVD set out telling you how to prepare for a show with all of the diets stuff in it you could look at too. It is like $150 or so. I have not seen it yet but he is always in great shape.

-Solid workout. Last week to indulge on anything really. Gonna really tighten up my carb intake for the next 16 weeks. We're gonna turn me into a real machine..Not gonna lie, I'm lookin good, but stage wise, I'm fat. With that in mind, that's the fuel and I won't stop..I've told y'all before..it's time for this train to pull into the station primed and ready!

Been a few days since I've done anything really except house work.

Did cardio Sat. A little too much in fact. 3 hrs of basketball.

Skipped Sunday and todays workout. Resting up and carbing up for a serious run at the next 16 weeks. Carbs will be less than a 100 a day from here on out.

Tomorrow will be a little chest/back work, no leg work, theyre a tad overworked. Cant wait to see results after this !!

Nice workout Flex!

Checking in on ya buddy! Looks like your still killing it
How's things looking otherwise? Got many days left on this stack?

Stack is done. Doin the hdrol thing solo at the moment.

Might start a new 'workout' log. This is it though. 16 weeks out if I'm really gonna step on stage in Oct. I will evaluate progress and make a final decision about 8 weeks in.

-Cardio tomorrow and back to normal schedule.

I hate having to make up a workout.

Me too man. Throws me way off. I took 3 days off consecutively from strength training for the first time in 6+ mos. Otherwise, its always been only 1 day off and that day is all cardio, so it was good to get that rest as I really lower carbs from here on out.

Nice workout Flex!!! Hopefully everything continues to go well and you get to kill it on stage as well.
