yeah man ive noticed once you get used to a certian gym and their style of equipment, going to a new one can make some lifts feel akward. Nice log. cant wait to see the after pics. I did a Mdrol cycle a year ago and it made a huge differance. I might try this depending on how yours turns out.

To each his own, but I can't figure out how this is bad, stronger with less BF is generally the overall goal for most of us.
I feel that thinking because there isn't a major difference in the scale the cycle was a failure is wrong, I feel it should matter more in the weight you put up, and how you look in the mirror with scale weight simply as a way to keep information about the cycle.

Chest seems a lot fuller.
I also measured everything.
Chest, arms, quads all are bigger. Waist at hips and waist at belly is the exact same. So I have definitely LOST fat and gained muscle.

Regardless, I was 182 this morning actually, so I have gained weight now.

How did the blood test results go?

Since I dont have 50 post yet I cant link images and Im too lazy to upload em... Actually fuk it, here ya go one sec. Lol.

Test SHOT WAYYYYY DOWN. Estrogen Shot way up. Liver levels quite elevated. Everything else normal.

Ill go grab some extra liver support today. But, Ive where the ALT for some people went as high as 200 in 4 week cycles, so im not overly concerned.

Im not a drinker, so my liver is just working harder than it ever has really.

What do you guys think of my liver levels... 4x baseline. Its got me a little worried. I think Ill likely cut the cycle short to 4 weeks not 5.

Still feeling 100% fine though, I just am too worried of liver failure.
I went and bought some Liv 52 though.
 
No Sides at all
I feel fine, but due to high AST and ALT levels I will stop this cycle at 4 weeks. I think it hit me early anyhow as gains are starting to taper down. Weight is shooting up though. I was 186 this morning! Holy smokes! Waist 35", so just .5" increase in the waist in 13 pounds...
Appetite still good, Libidio still good, no headaches, no lethargy, no shut down. Perfectly fine, KNOCK ON WOOD!

I spoke to my mom about AST and ALT levels and she says the 50 and 100 aren't too alarming, especially with a normal biliburin level. She said if bili levels hit 4 or higher thats liver issues.

So i did my own research and found ZERO people with post anywhere who had liver damage from a 4-6 week H Drol cycle. I did see a number with liver shutdown from 4-6 week mdrol, s drol cycles. All had Bili lvels in the 8 all the way upto 40+!!!! their AST and ALT levels were also 250-450+. All recovered just fine by the way.

I keep checking for any liver damage signs like yellowing of the skin, dark urine, pain in abdomen, and all seems fine. So i likely should go 5 weeks, but I just dont wanna risk it. I've gained 13 lbs, and will likely end at 15+ lbs in 4 weeks with minimal if any fat gain so Im fairly content.

When was your bloodwork done into the cycle? Was that 2.5 weeks in as well or at the end?

I am still taking 8 pills a day of cycle assist

Everyones different though. Cycle assist is for liver, acne, blood pressure, etc. Not just for liver care.
I will agree though, I dont think its worked as well as I had hoped. I have bought some Himalaya Livercare and been using it since Saturday. Ill get blood test a week after cycles over, so we'll see if that worked better.


You also used much stronger PH's than me, so you've got a good liver it looks lol.

I had my blood work done at the last day of my cycle. My blood pressure was is great standings, and acne? Well i have always had moderate to heavy acne since I was 13, and being now 32, I just dont worry about acne anymore, but it was the liver helping agent in cycle assist that drew me to it. Please let me know how that Himalaya Livercare works out. I am overzealous to start another cycle, but will be wise about it for sure. I have also been looking into a product called Liv-R Clear (spelled just in that way) and curious about that product.

I would love to find a great liver protectant !!

I took an ice bath and the pains still there. Not bad, I mean I can walk up stairs and I dont feel it at all, but as soon as I apply pressure.... UGH!

I take 2 tabs a day of extra strength glucosamine and condroitn. I figured thats enough? What do you feel? Ill be OK I feel though, I might need to lay off the legs for 2 weeks though. Ill figure it out next week =/

I recommend during PCT, so you can keep/continue gains through PCT, also aid in losing any extra BF gained during the cycle. just IMO.
 
Yeah if there is such a thing I would consider labelling HGHPro as a wonder drug lol...it literally has tons of positive benefits, and I can't recall ever seeing a negative to it. It's my favorite :D

HGHPro + nyquil and benadryl = best sleep ever.

Was working on Grip so I held the DB's for 20 seconds after the end of each set.
 
Well yesterday i did Back and Biceps. I think my biceps are my weak point as I dont really go up in weight on them at all. But I for the first time ever did Bicep Dropsets yesterday, and for 4-5 hours post workout my Bis were still tight. In fact when I flexed my bicep on either arm it was REALLY tight, and almost hurt lol. So hopefully I found what makes them grow.

I think my biceps are my weak point as I dont really go up in weight on them at all.

no Barbell curls? very different from DB curls believe it or not. If you wanna add size and strength to your bi's def. consider adding those in. Also i've found that arm's grow best with high rep high intensity short rest workouts, hit them and get out kinda deal.

Yeah arms are like legs imo, high reps work better, which means dropsets work great. I have no clue what a drop set is anymore after someone mention stripper runs, which sound like what I do as drop sets, but meh.

I like picking a heavy weight for db curls, busting out as much as i can, and then going to grab the next lower size, and do that to failure until I hit the lowest db. You look AWESOME hitting failure with a 5 or 2 lb db lol.

And second for bb curl, it's completely different, kinda weird.

I gained some fat as my stomach at belly button went from 34.5 to 35.5 inches.

173 to 187 in 4 weeks at 3500 cals a day avg.

PCT started today. Nolva went down easily. No sides to report yet.

Looks good man, chest/arms/back look a bit fuller and I don't notice a change to comp, so that means it was all muscle, well done !

Actually on a second look it looks like some belly fat is gone. Even more well done!

there was some fat gained i think. Belly went from 34.5 to 35.5

Im getting an X ray on my right knee tomorrow though. I have a bad feeling I tore my ACL or miniscus... I cant even do a BW squat... Walk fine, run fine, cant squat BW to save my life.

SO Easy to push those up. 95 x 3 last week as actually assisted and I was dying trying it. Today I didn't even kick them up because my knees in pain. So i brought them to my chest slowly, and pushed up from there! Considered trying the 100's, but Im taking it easy on my knee.
Heading to my doctor tomorrow to get an X ray on my knee. Im thinking I mightve torn my meniscus honestly...

Ok, not a PR here, but if you guys remember 2-3 weeks ago I complained about these weird seats that curved upwards, well this gym used the same seats. And I got 70's on them, so thats HUGE since I couldnt do 60s or 65's last time on the same seat.

I told him I had never tried before and wasnt sure, so he offered a spot and I said sure. I kind of did a forced rep for the 5th one, but it felt good. The dude forced me to squeeze the Dumbbells at the top, , im use to just pressing em up, and going down. He told me to bring them together which required a hell of a lot more effort.

No PR here, but thats cause I thought I had 195 on the bar... FML, so I didnt bother going up cause I was happy with my last set. Whoops!

question, which I dont know if you answered already i'm being lazy and dont feel like searching, but is the Nolva just for safe measure? or are you vulnerable to gyno?

Its for safe measures. No idea on gyno as ive never cycled before.

Yea, they never really shrunk. I have no problem getting it up, libido is fine.
 
I forgot to bring ym log book to the gym the day I planned to log what I did lol!

I tried squatting again after 2 weeks. Did 135 and 185 sets no biggy.
I tried 225 and bam knee pain came back, so I stopped after 1 rep.
I wanted to do deadlifts next but didnt wanna injure my knee so I went with rack pulls from the knees.

Depending on knee next week Ill either try a 405 deadlift or a 495 rack pull.

Did some calf excercises, leg extensions and leg curls as well as hip adductor machine. Im somewhat limited due to my knee, but just trying to mantain the gains.

The 225 was damn easy for the 1 rep, and I went ATG, but the knee was just in pain after the rep. Fuking blows.

Last week I said I had mild stomach pains.
They went away and came back the past 4-5 days.
Im literally scared to take the Nolva.
Why?
I googled left side stomach pains, and one of the 5 main causes is Hepatitis C.
How is Hep C caused? Liver problems....
Hep C symptons include yellowing of skin and eyes, nausea, tiredness, darkened urine etc.
NONE of those apply to me, except for mild dull left side stomach pains.

Hep C is caused my an enlarged liver organ...

I told my mom, a nurse practitioner that I had been having these mild stomach aches. She immediately said, if anything is bad you will have enlarged organs, so let me check.

She checked my stomach for a few minutes, feeling around, having me breathe, etc. She said she didnt feel any enlargment of my organs.

Regardless, ive ordered some bloods, and will have them today.
Hep C usually shows very elevated AST and ALT levels, but it also said sometimes they show as normal, FML. So even if I get normal bloods back, I might still be sick.

I had my mom do a check on my throat to see if I had any swelling, she checked my lymph nodes, she said it all seemed fine.
It could be in my head, but I dunno. She said all seems normal.

Just ordered both hep B and Hep C Blood test.
Both are liver diseases. As soon as I get my requisition papers in the next hour or so im heading to get blood drawn, hopefully I get my results by Saturday morning.

Ill save the complete blood test for 2-4 weeks from now.
 
Didnt do **** today. My gowear fit at 9:30 Pm showed me only burning 2450 cals... FFFFFUUUUU.... Ate like 4k today.

O had home made fried rice, but used the Tyson Stats as it was prebuilt into their system and didnt wanna bother making a custom food.
Also, They only let you log 6 meals a day... I eat like 10, so i merged some meals into 1.

Otstanding postings man !! I have been gone a while because of puting in bukoo hours. Nearly 76 hours a week while trying to make time for my kids and wifey! Anyways, i just got off duty and have some time while everyone is sleeping. How did your blood work come out in concerns of the hep? I hope all is well and no complications !!!!! I have re-started my cycle, but at a much lower dose due to the lack of being able to work out. i have to keep the cycle going just to keep my back strong, so hopefully the liver toxicity will not be as near as high as before, thus resulting in a shorter recovery time. I miss the gym severely.

hey guys just a quick question... planning on running hdrol @ 50/50/75/75/75 maybe 75 for 6th week depending on sides... so for the pct i have clomed and 6 oxo will that be good enough pct for what im planning? i do also have nolva-d as well for back up. or should i just use the nolva an 6 oxo? also have cycle assist for before and during cycle. cause i have mdrol as well so i was hoping to save the novla-d for that.

Are these real SERMs that you have or are they OTC products with names that sound like research chems?
 
no they arent over the counter the well the nolva-d isnt it prescription only and the 6 oxo extreme is from ergopharam and the clomed is from kilo spots inc. im in australia so cant get any off this stuff from over the counter.
