I dont mean to be an as*hole but im probably gonna be. its just who i am...
dont let everyone here telling you that you look good now fool you. you need to go hard and drop weight! you may you look fine for hanging out at home or shopping at the mall. but you are about to be judged and critiqued in a bikini, you need to diet hard! stop eating your emotions! you keep doing that and you are going to be self conscience in four weeks. you need to cut your carbs down, hit the oliptical. if you dont wanna go hard like clen then i think a yohimbe based fat burner would be your next best bet. if you dont smoke, maybe you should start, if you do then for god's sake pick up the pace. by the sounds of it you need to curb that appetite. good luck!
Nice... telling someone to start smoking, advising clen... then calling it an oliptical.
:fing02:
this forum is called anabolicminds.
it is not called lets be nice to the girl who clearly needs to lose weight.
i was joking about actually starting to smoke though nothing worked better for me than nicotine pills to curb my appetite when cutting.
girl has four weeks to look like she belongs in a bikini, its gonna take more than eating mom's homemade cooking and wishful thinking.

well mulletsoldier, i thank you for your ever so courteous rsponse.
It would seem to me that a compound such as clen with strong anti-catabolic properties would enable the said subject to diet hard and thus burn fat while not putting her body into a catabolic state that would cause her to lose the muscle that she does have.
On a low carb diet, clen will help the body use its own fat as energy, something our human bodies do very poorly on their own. so that mulletsoldier is how i think clen would help the girl who needs to lose weight in a short order.
as for you, despite what you may have tricked your delusional brain into thinking, no amount of standing up for and name calling is going to help you get laid. judging by the three inches of your face that is showing you my friend are one seriously poor looking mulleted soldier. and going by the fact that your only social group is that of "xbox live" it may be time to shut off the video games, put on a shirt and even take a razor to that face of yours and go make an attempt at a real social life.
so long til next time, friend.

You see, dip-****, your ridiculous recommendation is dangerous because this woman is already using prescription asthma medication which completes precisely that task. That is known as a, "contraindication" in the medical community - and at times, these "contraindications" come associated with serious side effects.
:
she is on a asthma inhaler, as needed. so are 30% of the american public. as am i. she is not on constant medication for this.
look i just read another of your posts stating your history of drug abuse, something i have as well. which also brings with it a respect for anyone who has overcome such things.
my "underdeveloped abdominals" are most likely due to the two and half year cocaine fueled hiatus i just embarked on. i am three months back in the gym.
this is my attempt at a piece offering.
I realize that inhalers are on an ad hoc basis, but the point is this: chronic administration of a beta-2 agonist has the potential to down-regulate the expression of her already deficient beta-2 receptors to the point where bronchodilators would be a consistent need.
Do you see what I am driving at? Asthma inhalers are on the "mild side" of medications, but with that being said, the body is not a playground.
And yes, I struggled tremendously with narcotics in the past and have never been in a happier place!
I've been on asthma meds most of my life (currently only taking inhaler when I need it), so I'm not sure if the EC stack would be safe..?
Wow things got a little intense! lol
Thanks for all of the advice/knowledge, it's been motivatingIf the inhaler's used once in a blue moon is it still dangerous?
You will be fine. I use mine daily and take all sorts stuff lol
i do see what you are driving at. but i cannot invision that short term use of clen would cause this sort of damage to happen which would in the future render her medication ineffective.
i myself grew up with terrible asthma, hospitalized many times. i have used said products and had no such sides. i realize just because it didnt to me, doesnt mean it wont for someone else. i am only speaking to my own experiences.
mulletsoldier, by using this same arguement then can it not be said that none of us should take any sort of supplement because their statements have not been FDA approved. our physicians have not recommended them and we have not had clinical studies to ensure everything we are taking doesnt interact negatively with anything else we may be on or may later have to use intermittently.
Bella, in all honesty, not a single individual in this thread is a doctor, and so to pose a possible contraindication with your prescription medication is not wise under any circumstances. That is reality. While you may not "feel" anything, you may be "doing" something, and the point is that you will not and cannot know, in this circumstance.
