It works on its own. I like it very much, but it depends on how sensitive you are to stims. I have a high stim tolerance so i take 60mg with a large cup of coffee if i want a good effect. But, if you are pretty sensitive to stims then 25-30 mg should do you good.
As far as cardio goes, i was informed that it actually upregulates oxygen absorption by your cells. But, i don't know how much truth there is to that. Anyone else know if this is true??
