Ok, not a supplement but I am very impressed with this product.

Nutrition Stats:

Total Fat - 1.5g
Sat - 1g
Sodium - 100mg
Total carbs-4g
Fiber - 1g
sugar - 3g
Protein - 12g

Calories per 6 ounces - 80

GREAT texture, about halfway in between Greek Yogurt and regular lowfat. Very satisfying, excellent mouth feel, and some good flavors.

Excellent snack late at night with a low sugar content, decent protein, and two organisms (L. Acidophilus B. Bifidum).

Plus, right now 5 for $2.

Yep...the VB-12 is one of my proudest supps...great dosage level, excellet flavor, and SO convenient.

I am a fan of that yogurt. Can't go wrong especially when keeping an eye on carbs and wanting something sweet!

I had wisked ice cream cravings last night, and a serving of this pretty much killed them.

I picked up six. Some peach, some strawberry banana, strawberry pomegranate, and cherry. Very tasty.

Good way to get in some extra probiotics without loading on carbs.

Good call! I've been eating this stuff for a while now. Also noticed all of Kroger brands products are top notch. Their low carb icecream is pretty good too
