Close grip bench: 155*10*4
Hammer strength tri press down:225*10,315*10,365*10,405*10 PR!
Pushdowns:140*10,170*10,200*10*2 couldn't add weight to the stack today bc they were watching me haha


I decided to do some rack deads since I wanted to work on my form and see just how strong my back is and take my legs out of the equation mostly. The following occurred:
135*15,225*10,315*8,365*8,405*5*2!PR

My max reg dead is 365 so I'm stoked to see wat it is now! I felt like I could have done at least two more sets with 405. I felt awesome and had crazy aggression.

Some trainer kept looking at me when he was in the squat rack next to me when I was doing deads. He finally says "you know those aren't full deads." Yea I know" I say. He keeps harrassing me and finally I just tell him "look I'm gonna do more of these and if u don't like then go somewhere else or just sit there and squat that impressive 135 ur working with there". I'm not a jerk but this guy annoys the Hell outta me he's about 165 and 5'10 and thinks he is the biggest badass in the gym. I finally got tired of it today.

Days 16-18
Shoulders with the older work out partner started good and then turned into shoulders and chest. Long story short he made me feel like an absolute bitch b/c he decided to do GVT for chest. Flat bench for 10x10 killed me got through 185x10x4 then 135x10x6. I was dead. I'm hoping to get a job in Charlotte soon so I can start working out w/ him again. He pushes me like crazy, every rest is only long enough add weight I'm exhausted by the end of the workout.

 
Day 19

Ok well I've got my little girl today but I'm gonna go to the gym and either do back or legs. I'm leaning more towards back b/c I'll just want to pass out after a leg workout haha. So legs will more than likely be tomorrow.

Back:
Lat Pulldowns: 130x10, 160x10, 180x10, 200x10
Rows w/ lat pull bar: 130x10, 160x10, 180x10, 190x10 Great exercise:)
BB Rows: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 135x15
Back Extentions: BWx10x3
Lat Pulls (not sure what the name of these are really): 100x10, 130x10, 150x10x2

Tris:
Close grip bench: 135x10, 155x10x3
Push downs: 120x10, 150x10, 170x10, 190x10
BB skull crushers: 85x10x3 SS with Hammer curls 35x10, 40x10, 45x10


Once again vascularity was great and I still feel like I'm gonna make some more PR's. Tomorrow is leg day and I want to press at least 970x8 and try to press 1000 (for whatever I can get) on my last week. Wish me luck:)

I'm very happy with how I am performing at the gym on such a caloric deficit. I was not expecting this at all to be honest because most of the time I just feel hungry all the time and somewhat run down when not taking in at least 3500cal/day.

Leg day went great still could only manage 945 on leg press but I'm okay with that for now.

Back day was great I took the day off from Pink Magic but still managed to pull 225 *8

Day 22: Shoulders

Great workout today I have no PRs to report but still felt great nonetheless.

Thoughts:

I think that Pink has a great recomp effect, like I've already stated but this week and the end of last week I've noticed some nice results. I still weigh about 200 but have lost some fat. I'm feeling great and looking forward to running the rest of my bottle.
 
cant wait for this stuff to come out, looks like everyone is getting good results.

U won't regret it if u pick some up, its legit. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll have some special introductory sale price.
 
Day 23: Arms

relaxed arm workout today took my time and focused on slow reps and tight contractions. Endurance was awesome, I've been impressed with the energy I've had bc I've been without jack3d for a week now.

I'm hovering around 200 still and feel like I'm hardening up a little more:)

tomorrow is legs so I'm gonna get some sleep so ill be worth a damn.

Calf presses: 315*15*3
Leg extensions: 140*10*4
Lunges: holding 15 lb DBs 10*3
All leg exercises were ss with push ups

ab chair and side bends 10*4 of each

cardio:30min at 3.5 and 5.5 incline

went a little lighter on the legs today felt they needed it.

tomorrow is chest later in the afternoon bc I have to work until 5 am. It's almost lunch break time can't wait to eat my tenderloin and potatoes:) I'm debating on running some clen soon but need to get an insulin syringe so I can measure it out.

I just want to say thanks to usp labs for letting me try their product and thanks to you guys that are following my progress. I'm gonna try to hit this last week hard.
 
Day 25: Rest Day.

Day 26 (today) : Chest

Incline bench: 135x12, 185x8, 205x6, 135x15
Close Grip Bench: 135x10, 155x10, 175x8, 135x12
Decline Bench: 135x10, 185x10x2 (don't usually do this exercise, I do need more lower chest but don't like this exercise b/c I don't feel it in the chest very much.....suggestions??)
Hammer strength wide chest: 180x10, 270x10x2, 180x15
Incline DB flyes: 40x10x2, 50x10x2
Cable flyes: 40x10, 60x10x2

Biceps: DB hammer/reg curls (on rep hammer both arms up the next reg curls and so on..) 25x10, 35x10, 45x10 50x8

I really need to revamp my chest workouts. Not really feeling it lately.

I think I might do a light total body workout tomorrow. But I'm not quite sure.

Day 27: Rest Day

Day 28: Chest Nothing special here just got back up to 225*5 and my shoulder was not having it. Good workout besides that.

Day 29: Arms- Great workout, everything was rest/pause and focused on contractions once again.

Today) Day 30: Almost out of PM:(:( I might do shoulders today but I'm not sure I know that I will be saving back for Friday b/c I want to have an intense sesh at the more "hardcore gym that I go to. I'm feeling great and I really am sad to not have more PM. This stuff is awesome. I don't even need my preworkout with this stuff it does an awesome job by itself.
 
Ok guys I'm done with PM unfortunately but will have a full review up tomorrow.
