Yellow Gold + AP....? Little info/help please

Well...as far as AP goes, Im pretty familiar with the purpose. I've been taking it for about a month or 2 now and havent really noticed "that great" of results but, that would could have to do with my lower carb diet at this point.

Now, its said that one should take AP 15minutes before a meal of atleast 30g carbs. Now...depending on the GI load of this minimal carb meal (if lets say your taking 30g), at which rate it crosses the threshold, AP wouldn't really have to much effect on the partioning of those 30g unless either the GI load is very high OR the amount is larger then 30g?

Isn't it a waste to use AP with a low gi, complex carb meal of only 30g's? Aside from a possible marketing ploy saying, no no go ahead you can use it with that amount this and that...how is AP beneficial for only 30g of complex low gi load carbs? It seems as if it makes more sense that for it to take true effect to flush the muscle, one would need atleast 50g or more when blood sugars would become more unbalanced and possible transport to adipose to have AP to save the day and transport through the intended path?

My point is...if one is breaking carbs up properly throughout their day with minimal intake all together, blood sugar will be very stable if the diet is organized properly. AP wouldnt have that great of effect on a day to day basis for this person? But when this person is dieting with more carbs in his meals, AP will be able to do a much better job of partioning and not transporting to adipose as blood sugar levels will be a bit more unbalanced and AP will be there to help shuttle nutrients where needed?

Second part....yellow gold! Where can YG play into the role above? On larger carb days can one combine AP for its own specific effects with the added tannins etc combined with a low dose of YG to swallow a 60-130g meal of carbs efficiently.

Im not to up on the YG end of things. Dosing and amount per meal, etc etc...

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone would like to get into this with me a bit :) Feel free to chime in with what you know! Every bit helps...
 
bro i use 1 cap AP with 60 or more cho. with Yellow gold Ill use 300mg with 50 or more carb with 500mg yellow gold Id feel safe to eat 75 gram cho. Post workout Id do something Like 200mg R-ala with 300mg yellow gold and 80-90 cho
 
and the only reason for using a partitioner that can block gluconeogenisis with a meal that is 30 or less carbs would be if you are doing TKD or if youre doing Keto and want to stay in ketosis. Im pretty sure 30 grams of carbs postwo wouldnt throw u out of ketosis with a partitioner as long as u havent exceeded the total number of Grams of CHO per day that u can stay in ketosis with. but since im not sure what Kind of diet u use Idk what else to say

Anyway - my 150 gram tub of YG from NP says 0.5 grams per 1/4 teaspoon.

Shall I type that slower so you understand? I mean - you is from Jersey and all, right?
